Hi, Depends on the age. If they are already in school you can take about 2/3 sounds and practice them ( in words/ short sentences) for a few days. If they are young then one sound a for a week or 2. Until they are able to effortlessly recognise it. Hope this helps!

Hi Kayse, teach one step until they have perfected it. This can sometimes take 2-5 sessions that are 30-60 minutes long (depending on age), but be patient with it and remember to have fun with your child, keep the lessons lighthearted and enjoyable.

Should I give sentence under each of the sound ?

Yes. Ideally the sentence should only comprise of sounds/ words you have taught them previously. So if you’ve taught the sound “ch” make sure that sentence has only words using that sounds with a mixture of sight words you have also taught. 😊
