Biggest jersey mess is for the new/young rider. Last year Pogacar was still eligible. That's simply ridiculous. They need to revisit how that jersey is assigned so it actually makes sense since the jersey should recognize new and upcoming young riders not former winners or highly placed riders from prior tours.
