I think this will go down as an underrated GC race. The Top 3 were within half a minute after 19 stages, and evenly matched in the mountains. Aru also seemed like a major threat before fading away in the Alps.

I'm so sad for Bardet i like him but he don't had a team like Froome. Froome on the climbs have the work already done because of the team: Thomas Wout Poels...
But he is a wonderful ciclyst.
Its not only the team... bardet is just not good enough at ITT just like many other climbers... if u want ro win the tour nowadays you have to be a master at ITT
I feel bad for Landa too, he maybe is better than froome but because he is a teammate he couldn't have a podium, at only a second...
He wasn't better froom in 5 years only lost time in 2

Bardet was never a real gc guy, he just loses to much time on gc, froome on top

He did not, watch the slow mo footage. Even Greipel reversed his remarks after. Damare had a crooked line and caused a crash yet sagan was kicked out. Damn shame.

Some crazy falls in this Tour
Despite being a huge Sky/INEOS fan I still admit my heart goes out to Bardet. At least was happy to see Bling gets his long overdue Points jersey. Froome wins a tour without winning a single stage. Perhaps the Best TDF in a long time
Cav was one of the sprinter who really didn’t give a thought to the safety of those sprinting alongside him. This is one of the many times that his own actions cause him or others to crash, I don’t know how anyone whose watched more than one bike race with him in could blame Sagan. Definitely only DQ’d because dimension data, the tour’s biggest sponsor, was pissed that their biggest rider was on the ground.
as you can see peter sagan pushed him into the barriers, but I can see your point about cav not watching about his safety because this is happening to him years ago, but this is sprinting, you are out of your mind and you are aggressive, but I respect your opinion, Im just stating my opinion so pls, no hate

Belén HerJua Well, Bardet was second and was struggling big time, so much so that Froome (#1) who startes later than him, went hunting him down like a predator and almost got him.
The shot where Bardet is on the ground was where he realized that he almost threw away his second position and that he only was 1 second in front of the third spot.
Because Bardet is French everyone in France supported him and wanted him to overtake Froome
But like I said he almost lost his second place, so he was a little in shock and embarrassed about that.
