- I went to Jollibee in Vancouver to try Filipino fast foods for the first time. Watch me react to the Jollibee Palabok Fiesta. I also try Jollibee Fried Chicken, Jollibee gravy, a Jollibee Pineapple Quencher and Jollibee Peach Mango Pie. Jollibee is a Filipino fast food chain that has opened in Canada. As far as fast food goes, it is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Reggie Ate: Jolly Crispy Fried Chicken, Palabok, Pineapple Quencher, Peach Mango Pie
Finally comeback of the guy who truly knows how to appreciate food as how they're supposed to be appreciated.
Ok what’s level 5 Filipino food to explore?
😮😮😮😮😅
I was in Israel for 5 years and in Canada for almost 16 years. When i arrived in the Philippines on Feb 9th, I dropped my bags at home and went with my sister and cousin to Jollibee Makati Avenue. I indulged in Chicken Joy. It was worth the wait. The nearest Joliibee from me is in Ajax, Ontario. It's still far. God bless!
Love that story! Did you get the gravy?
After the Japanese ramen vlogs, now We're talking 😊 going back to Filipino foods👍🇵🇭
Enjoyed Ramen, more to explore in Vancouver with Filipino food!
Yay hes finally back in my algorithm!!
Hahahah 🇵🇭 what dish do I need to look for?
Thank you for appreciating Filipino food.
Can't wait to see you roam around in the Philippines. God bless you!
One day! What region should I not miss?
@@unculturedtravel Start by exploring the busy Luzon. Then go nature tripping and checking out locals by going to Visayas and Mindanao.
@@unculturedtravelnegros and cebu
At the start I didn't see the peach mango pie.Good they didn't forget to give it to you.
Haha you are very observant because they did! But I went up and reminded them! Have you tried the ube pie? It was a new item!
They defo heard him saying "let's see what else i can dunk on gravy" so they intentionally put the peach mango pie on last. Just like all the dessert must be 😂 #NoDunkPeachMangopPieOnGravy
Daaang ! That's a good combo, palabok with chicken+ peach mango pie
Yes! What it your favorite?
Yes dude you comeback
Back at it. Name a food to find?
Yep, annato in palabok sauce-- atswete/ achuete in tagalog, plus shrimp heads/ or tinapa heads juice, plus cornstarch/ flour/ riceflour as thickener-- in palabok wouldbe tokwa/ tofu bits, tinapa flakes,chicharon/ pork bits, scrambled egg bits-- the thin noodles with lots of sauce is called luglog, the thick noodles with dry sauce, squid, tinapa, shrimp is called malabon( a place in manila that innovated using thick noodles and 'drier' sauce with chicharon--
Oh my the Chicharron sound good! I love Tinapa too! What is your favorite topping?
Yup, that's kinda similar to my "go to" when I order. Mine is a 2-Piece spicy w/ the palabok, side of adobo rice (fries if adobo rice is not available), peach mango pie, and the pineapple quencher.
Delicious mix of textures and flavors. In the Philippines do you get the little lemon juice packet?
You finally get to taste Jollibee! I’ve been watching you since last year.😊 Hope you enjoyed it!
Delicious. Palabok is comfort food. What is your favorite item?
@@unculturedtravel my favorite from the Jollibee menu would be fried chicken, palabok, spaghetti, and the burger steak!😊 Yummmm!!!
You should mix the palabok very well before eating.
Also try to request thigh chicken part instead of leg part and try with adobo rice 👌
Awesome tip! Can you request that at Jollibee?
@@unculturedtravel yes you can request it during ordering at the cashier.
Welcome back!! 🇵🇭🇵🇭
Back! What dish should I look for?
Fooodtrip!
Truth! Need to head to Philippines soon! What dish next?
Thank goodness you like palabok!
I love the sauce with lemon / calamansi. Very fresh! What is the best topping?
@@unculturedtravelyou gotta have chicharron or dried shrimp!!
Wow damn, he actually loved it. 💯
It’s so good, what’s your favorite Jollibee item?
Wow. We missed you dude.
Back, where next?
I enjoy your videos! You should come to California. There are lots of Filipino restaurants here.
Thanks! What is a favorite you recommend?
@@unculturedtravel There are many. Island Pacific and Seafood City Supermarkets with eateries inside. But as far as sit down restaurants, my favorite is Isla Restaurant. There’s one in San Bruno and one in Newark. Max of Manila is good too. They’re in the Bay Area and in the LA area.
❤ thumbs up 😁 i feel it's yummy and l feel hungry too😂
Thank you
Yes the real homemade Palabok is way better. And yes, those are Anato seeds made into orange sauce plus dried fish as well as Chicharon
Cool! What’s the name of the dried fish?
@@unculturedtravel Dried fish is daing
i think you meant smoked fish or "tinapa" in tagalog.
@@ginocgraphicartistyes the correct fish used in Palabok is tinapa.😊 It’s smoked fish.
The noodles are actually thicker in homemade palabok. Pronounced Pah-La-Book
Thank you! What is the sauce made of?
Shrimp paste @@unculturedtravel
@@unculturedtravelsauce is made of pork shrimp broth & annato. You pronounce it somewhat right but the accent is on the 2nd syllable, pah-LA-bok (not the 1st syllable).
Welcome back dude
Thank you. Now I must find some hard to find Filipino dishes!
When you visit Phillipines, you must try Palabok at Jolly Dada in Quinta Market at Quiapo Manila.
Awesome! What condiments do you eat with it?
@@unculturedtravel Just a lemon lime or Calamansi.
Mix the palabok first with all the toppings before you eat it to maximize the complete taste of it.
Thank you for the tip! For next time!
I missed you eating Filipino food.
Back at at! What snack to try?
it burns me every time, eating peach mango pie 😅

I appreciate you having a blast experience with Jollibee, but just wondering what are your takes with Benny Blanco's outburst with Jollibee's food?
It’s a unique menu which makes it fun. What was the outburst?
Hey Benny, you should watch this!
Thank you! Where to next?
I see you still stuck with the no-tripod filming :)
One day I will get one again!
i was only able to see jollibee in vancouver when we went to downtown months before it opened.
that's the problem i see with jollibee. they never warn customers how hot their pies are.
Haha need a big warning when handed pie 😆
shrimp stacks
Woa cool! What is the Filipino name for these?
where have you been bro?
Eating ramen. What is the #1 regional dish to try?
Been awhile ❤
Back on the 🇵🇭 tour, what region should I be looking into?
I like "palabok" the Philippines spaghetti. There should be a warning about that hot mango pie. You did not do much on subscription since you left Philippines series
There was a small warning which I missed. It was incredibly hot. But very delicious! Have you tried other flavors?
Views are back too…
Thank you for watching! What dish next?

@@unculturedtravel I think you've exhausted all lol! I'll let you know if one comes to mind!

You need to mix the palabok well before you eat it
Thank you! Every time? With calamansi usually?
Lawsuit Hot 😂
It was! 100% hottest food item I’ve had at a restaurant. Reminded me of the McDonald’s coffee lawsuit back in the day!
👍☠️🇵🇭⚔️
What dish next!?
the palabok seems bland perhaps you didnt mixed it properly?
Interesting! Is it best to mix fully before eating?
@@unculturedtravel you should mix it really well
