My hair would never look good if I wash it two times a week minimum! That's my dilemma, hair is super dry, scalp super oily with dandruff... If I use oil on the scalp my hair falls out like crazy.

I have a question. My little sister is currently living with me and just 2 years ago when I was doing her hair for Easter I saw flakes in patches everywhere. Then after that a started seeing less to none at all . Do you think that was dandruff or something else ?
