That butchering of the stingray was interesting. But I'm disappointed that the thickest portions of wing meat weren't featured, in this clip.
The taste is similar to lobster. But a lot more tender. Less chew. The crab and egg is my favorite. As it looks to be the best sauce of all these dishes.
Goes well with steamed rice, I'll bet.
