@itzajdmting I'd say if you are new to motorcycling and don't have a garage to keep a full size motorcycle in, the grom is an excellent choice. It's best to stay off of interstates and turnpikes but it's a great bike for 65mph state highways. I'm 21, I don't own a home much less a money hungry junker or 6 year note on a brand new vehicle. My grom is my only vehicle. Some families in India have a minimoto as the main family vehicle. I've had zero reliability concerns despite heavily modifying the bike and significantly increasing the load on the engine with bolt ons and tune. Mine in particular revs to 10k rpm and carried me at 250lbs 70mph. No long grades to descend around me but I'm sure it will rev to 75mph downhill or with a 125-150lb rider.
@@itzajdmtingnow if you have a garage and some experience with riding or bicycling at the very least a 250 is a great option that still allows you access to the interstates. The groms biggest downfall is low ride ability due to big potholes or lips that could wash the front tire if not taken head on.
