The books and everything that i tried to learn from confused me more and more and ive just completely avoided this because it got tangled over and over and to the point it made me hate chemistry. Then how we can take 1 mole of any substance as we can't count 6.022 ×10^23 no. Of atoms and take it in a beaker ...
    Please reply 🙏

We can take it by knowing the molar mass of the substance. For example, water is H^2O, the mass of one Hydrogen atom is around 1g, now we will multiply the mass of Hydrogen atom by 2 as there are two atoms of Hydrogen, so now the mass of two Hydrogen atom is 2 g and the mass of one Oxygen atom is 16g.
      Now add 2g + 16g= 18g.
Therefore, 18g of water = 1 mole of water.
      I hope this helps :)
