It's absolutely criminal that the DA soundtrack isn't available on Spotify. My Splinter Cell playlist will never be complete without it.
SCDA Soundtrack is so criminally underrated it's insane. I wouldn't compare this to chaos theory as they're both entirely different atmospheres of mood, but they are certainly equally as perfect for their respective games. But MAN how I would love to hear a collaboration between Behavior and Amon Tobin. Just think about it, this kind of gritty, brooding and gritty production combined with Amon Tobin's sporadic yet melodic and intentful sampling techniques. Would be probably the best thing i've ever heard.
splinter cell 1 and pandora tomorrow soundtrack were the best, it was too spooky and gave you the chills but gameplay and everything else was chaos theory. In terms of characters, graphics and story it was double agent.
@@Gencturk92 you really think so? wow. Chaos Theory for me was my most favorite OST. To me it it perfectly encapsulated the feeling of being a stealthy spy. I don't know if any other music can come close to capturing that feeling better than CT. Pandora tomorrow for me felt more generic and maybe cinematic at times. SC1 definitely had a spookier vibe kinda like you aren't supposed to be there though. However I feel that DA's soundtrack just really captured the grittiness of the story and the locations you were at.
@@casualintrovert207 chaos theory was a good game and infact the best stealth game but in terms of soundtrack splinter cell 1 and pandora tomorrow felt more scary and spooky. i sometimes listen to the scores on youtube, i like all splinter cell games but splinter cell 1 was my favorite, followed by double agent and i loved conviction
nothing can top the soundtrack from double agent. I don't care how good chaos theory is but the soundtrack in this game is marvelous. It has that lonely, depressive feel to it. Perfectly describes Sam. I love listening to New York infiltration pt1 when Im outside walking during the rain it's unbelievable!
@@MarkanVaran7 yeah i feel you, i like the shanghai score, it also looks nice at night with all the lights
Perfect stealth theme

You stealthing it?
the next splintercell needs to achieve 3 basic rules in order to be a great game.
1: needs great music, like this.
2: needs an outstanding storyline.
3: needs to play like an original splintercell game, yet they need to expand on some of the basic controlls.
blacklist was aboslute grabage. such disrespect to this awesome franchise. Ubisoft becomes more shit as the years passes
*Sigh* why couldn't they do this?
Lets hope the next splinter cell does this.
@@currangill430 there is no further splinter cell

That's why I make Conviction my canon last SC game.
Massive Attack
and needs Michael Ironside back as the voice actor, in Blacklist he sounds way too young. Sam is an old grizzled agent not a 30 yr old.
Man if they could just re create the slow smooth stealthy vibes that they did with these tracks and Amon Tobin in the earlier games then I would be a kid forever. Ironside ✊
The best game I have ever played.... 😢😢😢
Chaos theory was much better...
You're off by one game in the series.
Again, here I am, doing some research on the internet with this sound in the background.
This is the money train level theme too on the gen 6 version.
Yes! 😁 I loved how similar both games were... but so different at the same time 👌
Back when games were amazing
I prefer PS2 version more than PC/X360/PS3.
@@K177ER77 the Original Xbox Version Was better. PS2 was Watered Down nut Still Alright.
@@ravagingvip3r732 I know it without you.
@@K177ER77 well being honest I have all 5 versions of the game. Don't get salty or offended.
@@ravagingvip3r732 Relax bro its all good.
I think taking away Sam as the main character would be too much, his story is too involved and emotional to pull away from it. I find it a real shame that Splinter Cell has taken a turn for the very worst and everything us fans valued in a Splinter Cell game. Right now, I can't see a substantial difference between Blacklist and Uncharted.
RIP Splinter Cell 2002-2010
Agreed. Why would they send him along with the man he wanted DEAD. Its like he forgot about everything. I hope they bring back ironside for a new splinter cell and say heck with the motion capture. I mean its good and all but all we really want is ironsides voice and Sams sense of dark humor
@@elij8097 That's exactly why the story should've ended with Conviction. He even said something like "When this is over, everybody's going to walk. I'm walking" hinting that he wouldn't want to return into that kind of life anymore, because he couldnt trust anyone. Not after what Lambert did to him.
@@elij8097 AND OFCOURSE, Ubisoft had to fuck it up to make more money.
THIS IS SICK
over the top !
Best level of the game

Especially the Ironside part.
Stealth music at it's finest
i like it but it doesn't come close to splinter cell 1 and pandora tomorrow soundtrack

This is WAY too close to Angel by Massive Attack.
or just get rid of Sam Fisher as the main playable character and have a new guy whos in his early thirties. Maybe keep Sam as a operations handler or something.
Exactly what I thought. If they wanted to phase out Ironside as Sam, just have Sam semi-retired, at HQ as the voice in the ear of the new guy. Make a new character, don't just replace an iconic actor with another guy and hope we wouldn't notice.
Honestly, fuck what Ubisoft has become. They used to make such good games but these days, doesn't seem like it. AssCreed shit the bed hard with Unity, the characters in the second Watch Dogs were obnoxious, unrealistic twats and while FarCry 3 was really decent, 4 and Primal were the exact same fucking game but with even less logical stories and a new coat of paint. Fuck you forever Ubisoft. You're the new EA.
This music was not in the game very long at all.
