id pipe it out if i had it. You have this lovely clear door where you can watch your clothes tumble about (quite therapeutic and calming I should imagine) - but you have this water container in the door that mists up and condensates so much you might as well have a non-see thru door. - Hate the dryers with the water tank under the condenser though, having to keep bending down to empty it. The Dryers with the water tank up top left are the best ones IMHO

    • @andycdgreen

The only way is to select which level of “dryness” and depending on the size of the load it will adjust the time accordingly. The time displayed is pretty much an average

Thanks for the video, there isn't much about this drier anywhere. Had it delivered about 2 years ago and we have never had any help how to use it. We have a cold kitchen sometimes less than 6c and this drier goes on for hours and hours. 900 watts / hour power consumption I may as well have had an element version which would have dried in half the time thus using less electricity. As for the android app, this does absolutely nothing. Curry's (UK) need to advise customers before buying this version especially on ambient temperatures as these are not designed for outhouses, garages or cold kitchens.

Sorry, I wouldn't really know where to start, I'm not a technician unfortunately :-( Please see if you can get it sorted under warranty

This is a botched design with no manual knob to override the touch screen. Touch screen / start failed three times, latest "repair" failed within a month (they glued had to glue a broken switch back on as engineer said they had so many problems they were "short of spares"), and now having to wait 3 weeks for an engineer to come out.

One of the worst purchase have I have made. Just bought the dryer about 2 years ago and it has stopped drying the cloths and had to purchase a new dryer.

Watch again, then comment again. Why would a dryer need water ? You're not grasping the basics.
