Easy Chocolate Wacky Cake

Mix everything in one pan - no need to prepare the pan. Use a disposable aluminum pan so this is a make, bake and take cake - no clean up necessary!
In a 13x9 pan, sift dry ingredients together: 1 ½ cups flour, ¾ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt. Remove ⅓ cup flour mixture and set aside. Add ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa to the flour mixture in the pan.
To the pan, stir in ⅓ cup canola oil, 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 cup of water. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Make a crumb topping by mixing together the ⅓ cup flour mixture, 1 tablespoon cold butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the cake batter.
Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 F oven or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake.
