We Installed IAG EZ-Pull Soft Top Release & Immediately Ran Into Problems That You Won't Have To.

Today we install the IAG EZ-Pull Soft Top Release System for the 2021+ Bronco but ran into some issues. While at the end we did get it completed, it cost us a bracket from Shawn's Black Diamond to complete the install. Leaving his Bronco With an unusable top. As extremely frustrating as the install was the system, after its completion, worked perfectly.
Good news… IAG once again has fixed the issue. While the small group of test fits worked without issue, it wasn’t until they started installing them at the Super Celebration East that they saw an issue with the stock Ford brackets. The use of Loctite on the bolts with the captured nuts made them difficult to remove. We later found out that ours was an early system that they had sold but had fixed the issues that I had with the metal bracket seen in the picture after we bought it.
IAG has a good reputation for fixing the issues quickly and contacting the customers with the solution. The fact that I had purchased this in person at Super Celebration East made it impossible to contact us about the issue. After posting a review on their site about the issue I had they had contacted me, even before the video had gone up, and sending the brackets that were made to eliminate the problem I had.
As I said in the video, we love AIG's products and knew they would come up with a solution to fix the issue quickly. I 100% would and probably will purchase the product for my Bronco in the near future.

I talked to IAG today and they had told me they had found out the problem during a number of installs for the system. Fords use of Loctite made it near impossible to remove the screw from the bracket. I was the only one that walked away with one not installed by them. The reason is we drove the one with the hard top. The metal bracket was an addition that they made that will make installation a breeze for anyone else. They are sending the brackets needed to fix then install which in turn i can put my Black Diamond back together.
IAG has always been looking to continuously improve their products and immediately resolve any issues that come up. I will be getting the same EZ-Pull system for mine in the near future. (with the brackets already installed.) Should be a piece of cake now.
