Finally, you all released this product! Received. The packaging was great but really, how about some instructions in the box? Even if it is..."Hey! Scan her for a link to our CZcams instructions." No, I had to find it myself. Some people, including myself are reporting an air gap in the corners after installation. I got rid of most of mine by adjusting the hatch locks. By loosening and then lowering them down I was able to get rid of most of the gap. Overall, this is a nice product and very handy...no pun intended. The other things that are not so great are the plastic link lock and the fiddly lower plate with the three screws and tab inserts. These tabs caused me the biggest delay. The other delay is that the measurement of 23.5 inches did work for me. Using that measurement I could bet the three short screws to line up in the plates. Much fooling around and eyeballing I was able to get it very close and the screws went in.

I didn’t receive a bushing (shown at 2:37 in the video) with my product.

Once we reattach the struts, the top will not close properly. We have adjusted this numerous times. At this point we are disgusted with this product and your company. The pull strap is also ripped. We emailed you and are waiting on a response. We also left a 1 star review which hasn’t posted. Do you only post the good reviews?
