Vagrant Story, One of the best reasons why the ps1 was a great console back in the day, sure there are many great titles but your ps1 history is what you made of it, enjoy!

I highly recommend his work on Legaia: Duel Saga. It's lesser known, but the track "Lost Forest" alone is worth a look. Just be sure to listen to the OST version: the in-game version sounds pretty bad due to the compression and the overabundance of outdoor ambience effects.

you can feel sakimoto soul in this. after tactics, before basiscape (reminds me alot of dragon crown) i can say it today, i love more than a dozen japanese composer. but sakimoto is the maturity, the magical essence and the best among them all for me.

Hitoshi Sakimoto is a genius. One of his best soundtracks and that's saying something because Final Fantasy Tactics is perfection.
Do not forget about Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together :)

I have this on the Vita. Played it again so many years later and still absolutely loved it.
This brings back memories of speedrunning the game with just a crossbow in under 3h while only using sanctus flare...good times
