I'm no MK or ANC supporter but Zuma has been in court so many times and answered before the law in many cases but Rammy doesn't want to answer the Phalaphala case. So Zuma still wins. MK must move forward.
As long as we black people side with white people this will happen period
As long as this ANC is in power the white people will continue mistreat black people , forgive me by describing south Africans as black I deeply hate that but that's what we subjected to
So, you deliberately don't know that Phalaphala is a private matter being politicised by Rama's enemies. It will not go anywhere. You cannot be so blissfully ignorant.
I didn't know that it was an honour to be dragged before the courts.
I guess I'm culturally different to you.
Apparently Ranko will be paying back the dollars to the owner, how did foreign money get into the country, our courts and police are not interested, including SARS.
For a moment I thought I was listening to a law professor, and then it was our political science analyst. We are grateful for your wisdom. And we can't wait to hear Gog' Aubrey Matshiqi

YOU have decided susfaka😊
No way back ✊👊
The MK won their biggest battle already, to have President Zuma on the ballot 🗳️
YES. KWEZI BUTTERNUTHEAD.
😂and thats where it will end ... aye papa penny aye can be your President ... Cause Zuma will never lead in Afrika Borwa again ever ..
i think they are giving zuma & mk FREE mainstream media airtime, free marketing!
They are not thinking straight, they have been reactive throughout this whole thing... It can also be seen an expression of fear
Fascinating stuff Sizwe! it is always a pleasure to listen to your analysis . spot on my friend !
Yes, true, i agree Dr Sizwe. Invite Aubrey into your studio. He always talks sense.
Parliament is not heaven if he was not accepted by God 🙏 i was going to cry for tears but that parliament is not heaven where our Lord Jesus is.
This is even give me more strength to vote for MKHONTO WESIZWE AMANDLA 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

And voting for MK✊🏾✊🏾💚💚🖤🖤
Measured and very mature analysis!! Great work Dr Sizwe Welsh-Mpofu!! MK has won its legal battles twice. That's the rule of law. Even this loss must be seen in the same light. Kudos to our constitutional democracy.
You are a wonderful narrator thankyou . You really have made everything so clear .
JZ has been saying MK’s NEC is not going to parliament, this was reiterated on Saturday when he said the only thing parliamentarians do is raise point of orders.
Good we listened to u baba enemies didn't
I couldn't make it on Saturday to JHB mfowethu. But if you can please enlighten me on what does that mean for Pres Zuma's membership in the MK after elections please explain briefly?...
Wena uyalalela. Siyovota thina.
@@vuyanimasuku9432for now the MK has an interim structure, after elections members will be selected to represent us in parliament while the NEC will make those members accountable. We don’t need JZ in parly, he has done his part, we need him as guidance and the strategist behind those going to parliament!

as to why some of the judges have been making the kind of rulings they have been making in recent times
Sizwe hears the news & 1$t thing he did was turn on his camera.😂😂i like it tho u are on the ball man👌👌👌
In all honesty, this was the judgement I was expecting as well. Our courts have similar approach towards Zuma, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, and the sad thing is, it can be either one of us in the future but also it brings the fairness of our judiciary system into question and of capture. There are people that will win any case regardless of law and arguments, and that is the likes of Pravin, Cyril, etc...
Wow! Bophoqo ke borena. The provision being interpreted is as clear as day, a Grade 1 pupil can tell you what it says. What are you talking about?

I am voting for mk we talked about as a familly, we agreed for MKP.
Thank you nyana wami for making us to follow this case without being bias but simplifying everything and bringing stalwarts to teach us history of politics.
The job well done son 👏👏one even wanted to do law at this age😎. Either way the hearts and mind of South Africans has made up.
Our intelligence has been undermined for the longest time the all voice we had is in voting poll.
May you continue to grow in wisdom ❤
I am a fan and I also been following the Mr President Zuma's case till now.
Definitely voting for MK
Well I pray God will protect all the people especially in kzn. God will be the decider on who will win the elections . Thank you for this in depth podcast. You are very astute and we appreciate your imput and clarification
I like you and your words 😂😂😂😂👍👊
I don't think Zuma was interested to be a president but what counts is for mk to win and the rest will follow
The judgement though doesn't stop us to go and vote for MK so what? We need to go out in numbers and vote to win.
Say that again and again again and again 😂🙏🙏🙏🙏
We are going with MK ,no matter what
Thank you Sizwe. Good analysis.
Vote MK with all cost for the future of our children
Good news.Zuma is a constitutional delinquent that South Africa does not deserve.
Its an academic judgement that has very little political significance to a point where it will need to be spun very hard to have any kind of sting..
Its not like Zuma would have wanted to go hang around parliament as an ordinary MP...lets be real!
His impact will be more outside Parliament than in Parliament.
Mk party forward .Amandlaaaaa..
They said he can't go to parliament, he is still the party leader...he will probably ask someone to lead in paliament
Maybe he's laaite Duduzane Zuma
There won't be any violence because MK was expecting this judgment from Zondo's constitutional court. It's easy to get 2/3 majority if all black parties can get together and change this Stellenbosch constitution. Remove all these captured judges and send them to jail for 360 people who died in 2021 July unrest. Zuma told people on Saturday that MK NEC won't go to parliament, so this is not a blow for Zuma because he is still on the ballot and the party is still registered🙂.
anything that dosent fit with your agenda is stellenbosch agreement , settler originated , white monopoly capitol sanctioned , or forced by the coloniser , shame man , to be that small is bad

This ConCourt judgment is academic.
Zuma will be on the Ballot come 29 May 2024, for MK Party voters that's all that matters. And they are not worried about the ConCourt judgment at all. Zuma just said it yesterday that he is not going to Parliament as an NEC of MK.
Because he knew he would lose the case. If he didn't want to go to parliament, then why did he put his name on the parliamentary list? Convicted Criminals can't rule this country, please man. We are not a mafia state.
Now the courts must rule that he can't lead MK either because the organization belongs to Khumalo.

Theron was forced to "choose a better devil, that is to protect the ConCourt" other than to protect the Bill of Rights.
She said something to that effect during the case...
She was wrong all 3 times.
She somehow got it in her head that ConCourt ruling could be appealed at a lower court. Totally dim and she lost 8-1 on the other cases.

I'm so confused about how South African courts interpret the law at times.
How well do you know the law for starters?
That is because you are not a lawyer and untrained. Law needs to be studied, sometimes up to seven years.

No ex President can be backbencher, Zuma was not to parliament but rather be like Zille, run the Party from the NEC.
And it would have meant he lost his presidential privileges.
JZ does not care about presidential privileges. He has accumulated a lot of money for his family for ages through corruption.

🖤💚🖤💚🖤 President Zuma did say he will not be going to parliament
What was his story with 'unfinished business' then? don't lie to us this dented his polical ego. Ndlozi adviced him to go home.
He still wants to keep the presidential benefits as a former president that's how power hungry he is. He knew all along that he was going to forfeit this benefit if he goes to parliament

You know Sizwe, when it comes to remission, I was not too sure. It seemed as if the judgment was protecting Constitutional court decision of sentencing JZ. Which is why biase plays a role. That judgment was very biased towards Constitutional court. I am not MK member but this judgment was the worst I have seen in SA courts. One issue that convinced me that this judgment was like Constitutional judgment were fighting Zuma, when she said that Zuma can't appeal or I didn't hear her well. We will need more clarity from this judges otherwise they are not suppose to be in that court
You are fair indeed 🤞🙏🫡respect ❤
How many CC cases have you actually read to make this opinion?
@@kabelontitsane4943 here we go again 😏
Told you. Zuma has no business being allowed back into parliament.
Siyabonga Jes U hallelujah
Concourt has rediculed itself, it says Electoral decision was not according to paper, now for it to say Zuma is disqualified, is on which paper? Because it is the duty of the National Assemble to deal with its candidacy, then if there's a problem, it can then approach the court! It's duty was simple, is it for the IEC or National Assemble to decide on candidacy!😔😔
Some people dont learn,we will keep suffering with the unrest because of stupid, greedy hungry for power fools

Great analysis as always..
Emergency Episode 🙌🏾
😂😂😂 and very bias one

Sizwe is biased to Zuma. He is following his father, unlike Duduzane Zuma who said his father is old and should rest & was part of the failure of the country. Sizwe will not criticize his father nor the EFF.
Sizwe is a member of Eff. Gayton Mckenzie will never allow this Sizwe to interview him. The boy is very bias and no future for him in this journalism thing

I believe those judges is their last decision or judgment otherwise once anc is out all those judges Zuma will face them and kick off all captured judges

Thanks Dr Sizwe. Great analysis this is an interesting approach that the MK party has chosen which is not sending its official NEC to parliament I think that was a deliberate move in case the court made this decision. ( Just a conspiracy 😂)

the emotional nature of the con-court on zuma matters makes a mockery of the our so called democracy
They should do the same with Kenny Kunene and Gay ton mckenzie...
This is very interesting ...
"Understood "❤
These judges were never going to go against their judgement. They didn't want to recuse themselves because they knew their earlier was garbage, they had to defend it
Blah blah justice system must be the most horrible system to zuma allies . Funny enough no one ever wondered if the act was conducted we only focused on the issue of the ppl that zuma does not want to preside. We never really asked our stlves if the actually has it ever happened. Bcz chess master is doing the same again and again
I told my friends that they don't have the choice to defend this wasteful drainage system
The zuma bang and boom is already impacting regardless of an in/out of parliament tomorrow's jinx, of an academic or political debate.
The only thing that im praying for is that we come out in big numbers to vote for the MK so that we can change this international law because this law doesn't benefit us black people
As soon as Ramaphosa's administration is done. We need some digging as to how much power he had over the courts. He doesn't go to any court however all courts are always in his favour.
this day has been crazy in terms of political news😂
We still voting MK, he still part of the brain of MK that on its own it's powerful and maybe him not being there they will off their hands from him and he can work peacefully liberating us. MK is full of you that are willing to gain knowledge knowledge and run the race

Hi @Sizwe, may you please elaborate on your statement that the ConCourt's ruling on remission was a "Weak understanding of what remission is as envisaged by the constitution."
Mmmh very interesting indeed Theron handed the judgement nd telling for me. Is that normal thou i expected Maya to
We must always remember that this is the constitution that bars those who served in prison from assuming public positions but guarantees them the right to vote for someone to represent them in public service.😅😅.this is the democracy we r subjected to.
A political judgement can only be responded to politically 😂by voting MK out of protest
But what happens then to my vote I casted in yesterday in London for the MK and Zuma was the face of Mk?

It was unlawful to send Zuma to jail without trial in the first place. Why are they using the same unlawful case?
This will backfire on the ANC.
How so sir?
@Bakang-zv5nj average citizens will not see this as justice. Instead, it will be perceived as an attempt by the power ANC to stop Zuma. Terrible mistake.
