I'm no MK or ANC supporter but Zuma has been in court so many times and answered before the law in many cases but Rammy doesn't want to answer the Phalaphala case. So Zuma still wins. MK must move forward.

Our courts have similar approach towards Zuma, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, and the sad thing is, it can be either one of us in the future but also it brings the fairness of our judiciary system into question and of capture. There are people that will win any case regardless of law and arguments, and that is the likes of Pravin, Cyril, etc...

There won't be any violence because MK was expecting this judgment from Zondo's constitutional court. It's easy to get 2/3 majority if all black parties can get together and change this Stellenbosch constitution. Remove all these captured judges and send them to jail for 360 people who died in 2021 July unrest. Zuma told people on Saturday that MK NEC won't go to parliament, so this is not a blow for Zuma because he is still on the ballot and the party is still registered🙂.

You know Sizwe, when it comes to remission, I was not too sure. It seemed as if the judgment was protecting Constitutional court decision of sentencing JZ. Which is why biase plays a role. That judgment was very biased towards Constitutional court. I am not MK member but this judgment was the worst I have seen in SA courts. One issue that convinced me that this judgment was like Constitutional judgment were fighting Zuma, when she said that Zuma can't appeal or I didn't hear her well. We will need more clarity from this judges otherwise they are not suppose to be in that court

Concourt has rediculed itself, it says Electoral decision was not according to paper, now for it to say Zuma is disqualified, is on which paper? Because it is the duty of the National Assemble to deal with its candidacy, then if there's a problem, it can then approach the court! It's duty was simple, is it for the IEC or National Assemble to decide on candidacy!😔😔

But the wicked judges will not determine the destiny of the oppressed Majority.
Yah, the Almighty Creator and Edenic / African Ancestors please deliver your children from these wicked, captured boys and girls of the WMC.
