    Washing machine manufacturers listen up! This is what we want in a machine. Water, lots of it. High, hot and hell of alot. We want out clothes rolled over and beat into submission, asking for a cigarette afterwards...in 30 minutes.❤

      I'm glad you like your TC5. I've been looking at them. I like it the best over the classic clean. Sorry if I insulted anyone here. This is how a washing machine is supposed to wash.

    Hi! I just got my TC5 and we are having a lot of issues with a lot of suds coming up from the drain pipe during the end of the spin cycle. Have you ever seen this? We have tried using less soap and adding vinegar instead of fabric softener and nothing seems to work.

    • @isaac24
      @isaac24  Před 4 měsíci

      We had that issue as well. It seems to be a common issue. Ours kind comes and goes, but it seems that there's no true fix.

      I just installed a tc5 tonight in my house. First wash was great! I’m wondering though.. when I open my door the wash/ water stops. How/ why does yours keep going? Is it something you altered? Or has yours always just kept running with the door open? Thanks

    • @petermaz701
      @petermaz701 Před 5 měsíci +3

      @@areject17 very simple, especially on the TC five behind the machine at the very top there's an opening. You will see a metal band there push a piece of Styrofoam under there so that the lid switch thinks that it's closed and it will allow the machine to work so when you open the lid, it still thinks it's closed and it will continue to fill and continue to operate. Of course I don't recommend this if you have children because when it begins to spin, it would be dangerous if it kid, put his hands in it.
      Just type in on CZcams, how to defeat speed queen lid switch some people use a close pin I use a piece of Styrofoam or a little piece of cardboard. It doesn't hurt anything.
      Lots of Luck!

      Yep, that's how it comes from the factory. I modded mine so it works with the lid open. Normally they won't even fill with the lid open. This was how I defeated it: czcams.com/video/462yd0zhxo8/video.html

    I had an over 30 year old Amana that used to like to walk around my basement but other than that it never broke until recently. So I thought well might as well buy another cheap washer , not knowing that the government is now taking over our washers with the Maytag I bought filling water according to weight and even with a super big load of clothes like this guy has, you don't get enough, actually less than half the tub gets filled. So I am going to get rid of the rotten Maytag for a Speed QueenTC5. I knew all about them pushing us to buy electric cars but I never heard about forcing manufacturers to make washing machines that will not let you use enough water to clean your clothes.

    • @isaac24
      @isaac24  Před 5 měsíci

      Old Amanas were made by Raytheon, which also used to make Speed Queen, so I'd bet that your Amana was similar to an old Speed Queen. Newer Maytag sucks, you will appreciate this Speed Queen. They've been forcing these machines longer than they've been trying to force EVs.

    • @thirty2able
      @thirty2able Před 5 měsíci

      @@isaac24 Yeah, I should have realized that ,but I was in a hurry to buy and the advertisement for the machine was deceptive with DEEP FILL in bold letters and get the water you want when you want it. I thought it was not a HE but it really is and should not have been listed as "a traditional washer". Anyway, I made arrangements with the store to exchange it for a TC5 . Of course it costs more but it's worth it to me. Thanks for your response.

    Hello Isaac. Can I choose the Deep Fill option later during the wash like when it's already started filling water or once the agitation has started if I decide the wash needs more water? Thank you

    • @isaac24
      @isaac24  Před 7 měsíci +1

      You can change it while it's filling, yes, and you can unselect it if you want to while it's filling. I've never tried to add more once it starts agitation, but I'd assume so.

    • @DylBuilder1
      @DylBuilder1 Před 7 měsíci +2

      You can enable/disable the deep fill while it's still filling (as well as change any of the other settings) but once it starts agitating, it doesn't let you change anything, and you must cancel the cycle to enable it
