Did you edit the proportion to fit your head??? It seems to me as tho the top part of the helmet is to tall for the helmet. ( i am looking in the description now and i see the edited copy) By how much did you edit the original template??

Eldan Shlush i used mounting board not cardboard, usually 1 side black/grey 1 side white, you can sandwich 2 or 3 layers of cereal box to get that same thickness :)

I found online photo mounting board, I was wondering if that would work and will any clear glue work as ova glue like elmers?
