      My pain management dr just upped my dose of Belbuca to 600 mcg. I’m better than I was but still hit a wall and have to rest in the afternoons. â€â€âœŒđŸ»

    Thank you for diving more deeply into the use of ketamine for pain. I have not received an infusion yet, but will be getting started in the next few weeks for the treatment of crps which resulted from a broken leg last fall. Can you elaborate on the difference in treatment protocols and how that might alter the overall experience? My understanding is that pain patients receive ketamine at a higher dose for a longer period of time-can those patients still have the spiritual, ego-altering experiences that you talk about? I also have postpartum depression and so I’m curious about what kind of overlap there might be? I am looking forward to watching all of your videos, thank you for making them!

    Every kind of pain, in my experience, physical and emotional. And unlike with narcotics, ketamine does not suppress psychological pain but rewires your brain while killing the anxiety and also induces plasticity that makes other interventions more effective. I often get neurofeedbak the day after a ketamine session, as you have a 48-hour window when your neuroplasticity is at its peak.

    I am now on ketamine infusions. I have trigeminal neuralgia and anesthesia Dolorosa. Doctor is still raising my ketamine. It was about 220 level this last one. Infusions started every week and now is every 3 weeks! It has helped my pain medicine work better. Does this sound like a typical ketamine treatment?

      Thank you for your question. Your ketamine dosage should be discussed with your ketamine specialist. They can evaluate your specific medical history and current health to determine if this treatment plan is suitable for you. It's important to have a thorough assessment and ongoing monitoring to ensure the treatment is safe and beneficial for your individual needs.

      Thank you for your question. It would be difficult to give you specific advice, and would be best for you to get a consultation to see if ketamine therapy would be a good fit. If you go to www.askp.org/ you’ll find a directory of clinics close to you so you can schedule a consultation with a provider to see if you are a candidate for this treatment, as well as address any special nuances to your care. Or if you are in the Palm Springs, California area you can reach out to us at www.resetketamine.com/ to arrange a consultation.

      Do you take pain meds @general.disdain? I have been thru the wringer with severe back pain, including having several spinal diseases, and getting osteomyelitis, which ate 3 levels of my T spine. I’ve had hardware in my T spine that was too long and screws that were not big enough, so I had to be opened up after 6 long agonizing years of torture with that hardware and being told it’s all in my head or it’s just chronic pain and to deal with it. When I had the hardware taken out (March 4,2020), I also had posterior neck surgery. That was on every level except c1-2. I’ve had 2 T spines, and 5 Neck surgeries. My lumbar needs to be fixed, but I’m in a situation where I cannot do it yet. If I’m forced to, then I have to. But I have no disk space whatsoever in any level of lumbar and 2 levels of S spine.
      So now that I’ve covered how I understand severe pain, I’d like to talk with you for a few minutes. Are you on prescription pain meds?
      I’m so very sorry you’re in such pain! It’s horrible to live with it. I’ve had a 10+ year headache along with everything else (I never went over the lupus, fibromyalgia, Hashimotos, etc). This headache is killing me. Literally. I can’t take it anymore. But I have to. Ya know?

    • @ResetKetamine
      @ResetKetamine  Pƙed rokem +1

      Thanks for reaching out, whether or not a physician or ketamine provider decides to treat a person who is on both ketamine and oxycodone is dependent on their evaluation of the patient. Each person’s medical history, past, and current health is unique, thus can guide whether or not they decide to let people be on both.
