I have hurt for so long! Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis. I would love a few days of real reliefđ
Same here!
My pain management dr just upped my dose of Belbuca to 600 mcg. Iâm better than I was but still hit a wall and have to rest in the afternoons. â€â€âđ»
The information I have received from you has been exceptional and moved me in the right direction. I now know what questions to ask which allows me the to feel that Iâm part of the team in my healing. Thanks for sharing and caring. Janet
Thank you so much, Janet!
Thank you for diving more deeply into the use of ketamine for pain. I have not received an infusion yet, but will be getting started in the next few weeks for the treatment of crps which resulted from a broken leg last fall. Can you elaborate on the difference in treatment protocols and how that might alter the overall experience? My understanding is that pain patients receive ketamine at a higher dose for a longer period of time-can those patients still have the spiritual, ego-altering experiences that you talk about? I also have postpartum depression and so Iâm curious about what kind of overlap there might be? I am looking forward to watching all of your videos, thank you for making them!
Every kind of pain, in my experience, physical and emotional. And unlike with narcotics, ketamine does not suppress psychological pain but rewires your brain while killing the anxiety and also induces plasticity that makes other interventions more effective. I often get neurofeedbak the day after a ketamine session, as you have a 48-hour window when your neuroplasticity is at its peak.
Good idea
I am now on ketamine infusions. I have trigeminal neuralgia and anesthesia Dolorosa. Doctor is still raising my ketamine. It was about 220 level this last one. Infusions started every week and now is every 3 weeks! It has helped my pain medicine work better. Does this sound like a typical ketamine treatment?
Thank you!
how effective is ketamine therapy with peripheral neuropathy in lower extremities?
This was very informative and helpful. Thank you! Any thoughts on Ketamine therapy for the pain and jolting movements from RLS?
Thank you! There's not much robust data in this area for RLS, but here is an older scientific article about this question - journals.lww.com/anesthesia-analgesia/FullText/2002/06000/Oral_Ketamine__A_Promising_Treatment_for_Restless.34.aspx
What about intermittent stabbing nerve pain (and burning, splinter feelings, electrical shocks, poking, allodynia) from what's thought to be bartonella infection? That's bad enough to consider suicide? And what about intranasal ketamine?
Thanks for reaching out. While we value your interest, please note that we cannot provide medical advice over the internet. sir neuropathic pain, you mean to say, peripheral neuropathy or only for specific nerve or nerves
I have neuropathic pain from spinal stenosis. The stenosis has been resolved but I continue with bilateral leg and foot pain. So far Iâve done 6 ketamine treatments with definite improvement. The longest treatment was 70 minutes with 2 mg per kg dose. I think more treatments are needed. Any recommendations for dose and length of treatments? Thank you!
Thank you for your question. Your ketamine dosage should be discussed with your ketamine specialist. They can evaluate your specific medical history and current health to determine if this treatment plan is suitable for you. It's important to have a thorough assessment and ongoing monitoring to ensure the treatment is safe and beneficial for your individual needs.
Can you be more specific about length of infusion? How long is an effective dose and how long is a less effective dose?
Thank you for your question. It would be difficult to give you specific advice online regarding this. We have a blog that talks about the right dose for ketamine infusions here www.resetketamine.com/blog/the-right-ketamine-dose. Hope this helps!
Hey there and thanks for this video! What about chronic pain which is a result from venous insufficiency issues? Burning discomfort throughout the body? Could ketamine therapy help with that?
Thank you for your question. Ketamine therapy has shown promise in managing chronic pain conditions, including neuropathic pain aka pain conditions that have a nerve component. While it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional to assess your specific situation, ketamine's analgesic properties may offer you relief. . Consider discussing this option with a ketamine specialist to explore its potential benefits for your particular case. Best Wishes.
Hello, i suffer from a condition call nf2. I have being tumors all over my spine and neck. They basically can form on any nerve in my body.

Does it jelp with sciatica pain that shoots down the leg?
Thank you for your question. Ketamine therapy has shown promise in managing neuropathic pain conditions like sciatica. However, the effectiveness can vary based on your medical history. It's essential to consult with a ketamine specialist to determine if ketamine therapy is suitable for this specific case. Best wishes.
What about someone who has extreme chronic back pain and has tried everything including those nerve blocker shots and meds and nerve ablation procedures, but they didnât work?
Thank you for your question. It would be difficult to give you specific advice, and would be best for you to get a consultation to see if ketamine therapy would be a good fit. If you go to www.askp.org/ youâll find a directory of clinics close to you so you can schedule a consultation with a provider to see if you are a candidate for this treatment, as well as address any special nuances to your care. Or if you are in the Palm Springs, California area you can reach out to us at www.resetketamine.com/ to arrange a consultation.
Do you take pain meds @general.disdain? I have been thru the wringer with severe back pain, including having several spinal diseases, and getting osteomyelitis, which ate 3 levels of my T spine. Iâve had hardware in my T spine that was too long and screws that were not big enough, so I had to be opened up after 6 long agonizing years of torture with that hardware and being told itâs all in my head or itâs just chronic pain and to deal with it. When I had the hardware taken out (March 4,2020), I also had posterior neck surgery. That was on every level except c1-2. Iâve had 2 T spines, and 5 Neck surgeries. My lumbar needs to be fixed, but Iâm in a situation where I cannot do it yet. If Iâm forced to, then I have to. But I have no disk space whatsoever in any level of lumbar and 2 levels of S spine.
So now that Iâve covered how I understand severe pain, Iâd like to talk with you for a few minutes. Are you on prescription pain meds?
Iâm so very sorry youâre in such pain! Itâs horrible to live with it. Iâve had a 10+ year headache along with everything else (I never went over the lupus, fibromyalgia, Hashimotos, etc). This headache is killing me. Literally. I canât take it anymore. But I have to. Ya know?
I am almost to my lowest dose to be off opioids and my pain doc wants me to start Ketamine. How long do u have to wait to start it and how long to fell the effects.
Opioids werenât working anymore? đą
I am in chronic pain and on oxycodone. I tried ketamine and it was amazing for mental health but not physical. Do you find physicians wonât let people be on both?
Thanks for reaching out, whether or not a physician or ketamine provider decides to treat a person who is on both ketamine and oxycodone is dependent on their evaluation of the patient. Each personâs medical history, past, and current health is unique, thus can guide whether or not they decide to let people be on both.
@@ResetKetaminetruth ⊠Iâm on opioids , methadone ,medical marijuana patient & ketamine troches . For CRPS .
I have somatoform disorder huge stiffness and pain in my chest , shoulder blade .Does ketamine therapy works for such mental problem? Can i get result form it?

Thank you for your question. We have a blog post that answers your questions: www.resetketamine.com/blog/oral-ketamine-alternative-to-ketamine-infusions
@@ResetKetamine Thank you so much. This was helpful.
Can this work for chronic neck pain after 2 infusions
It's hard to give a simple answer to this. Itâs important to have a consultation with a ketamine specialist as each personâs medical history is unique. Check out askp.org to find a specialist near you. Best wishes!
