Testing the Meta Quest Pro and Pico 4 passthrough in the house driveway, and in Sheetz restaurant. For some reason you get some strange looks in public.... lots of fun was had in the making of this video.

We attempted to drive, unfortunately this just isn't possible yet. The pass through will cut out. Someday this will be the norm but not yet. Do not try to drive a vehicle with a headset on, trust me it wont work lol

I tried using my quest 2 in a car once and forgot to turn off my boundary and let's just say the headset didn't enjoy the ride

Haha yeah, bad thing is with the V47 it seems if you turn off gaurdian the. You can't use pass through. Some day though it will be good enough we will probably all be driving in MR. Definitely not there yet though lol

Can't you turn off the Guardian to not have the warning all the time?

I used to be able to, but in V47 if I turn off gaurdian, it disables pass through. Hopefully they fix that soon.

They might not know you're staring at them but the eye tracking knows exactly what you looked at.
This crazy tho cuz the other day I was wondering if people would start wearing the their headset in public cuz of color pass-through, I think eventually that's the goal 🤔 🤷‍♂️

Haha true!!! I think eventually headsets will be small and light enough, with good enough passthrough, it definitely could become normal.
