Sometimes you might have one with no runny nose, sometimes congestion only, as people have varying symptoms based on their individual biology my skin color never changes with a cold, so on and so forth. The cold I just finished having, which lasted like 4 days, was a very minor sore throat with some sniffing because of congestion (post nasal drip).
You can't simply look at someone sniffing during an interview, as he is doing, and say that that is an automatically indication he is on coke. His behavior is pretty stable, as well.
If you want a good example of someone sniffing during an interview AND they are behaving like they are on coke watch the rehab supervisor from Vice's "From Rehab to Bodybag". Any former or current coke user immediately knows something's up with that guy.

mma fighters want to get paid like boxers but they don't realise that for one boxing has been around for a hundred so years so it took a while before the money in it is the way it is now. and two it's much more dangerous than mma because all they do is punch each other in the head. But I do agree they should be getting alittle more than they get now especially how hard they train.
