My all time favourite "non-fiction" book would definitely be any of the three bestsellers by Yuval Noah Harari!! He is a true genius! His books have changed my perspective towards the world.

yes!! when breath becomes air is a brilliant book.! also, since it looks like you read books based on mental health and psychology, might i suggest phantoms in the brain by V. S Ramachandran.
Secret of getting up at 5: find a reason for getting up.
Or just give urself 2 days for experiment. One day u get up at 5 and go for morning walk and second day get up at 5 and then sleep back..Then compare your energy level throughout d day. You will get the answer.
I suggest @Helly you could also do best and worst (fiction or nonfiction) books of the decade :)

I think this phase of life is a significant one because here teens are trying to figure out what they want to do with their life and for people, books are the immediate resort for guidance and help. Try to sleep early in the night. I kw it is a bit tuffy for someone who hasn't done it before. But if you do it regularly without break and your food habit is healthy and you do certain type of exercise or
