@@JoezCodes thxs, found a way to do it, now everytime I plug a cartridge (USB "credit cards") my custom console auto runs wallpaper engine and changes the wallpaper to one game-related and put it away if unplugged. You can't tell it's windows running.
im trying to make a prank USB drive for my classes to show my teacher something cool with automation, is it possible to make an automatic batch file or something to run from any PC when iplug in the drive? like changing the wallpaper to an image i want? hear about scripts yesterday in my MCSE class and i i really want to study the subject, is there any chance you could help me with that or at least point me in the right direction? thnx

I know many sites have said that the autorun functionality does not work on Windows 7 unless used with a CD or DVD, but this is a completely different method that I have never seen before. (By the way, that was really smart how you used the Batch language for the autorun program. I LOVE batch, but I never wold have thought of that.)

Yes, I mean you probably dont care anymore but you can put in the folder ProgramToRun.py and then you can change start File.bat to start ProgramToRun.py

it will only work on windows 7 without files downloaded on the computer. After the release of Windows 10 autorun has been removed.
