Wrapping an oversized gift can be such a chore, never mind the sloppy look that can result from covering the bare patches with scraps of wrapping paper. Rod Martinez from Papyrus shows us a technique for beautifully wrapping a gift that is too big for one sheet of wrapping paper.

a small tip .. before closing the ends, cut out a square paper the size of each end and tape it on (doesn't have to be exactly that size, then close the ends over it and you don't have to cover the beautiful ends :D

For a really large gift (our son-in-law wanted a leafblower!), try using a paper or plastic tablecloth!!
A word of caution, some might be see-through, so try to get the darkest or most opaque one you can find.

I have a package that is wider and longer than conventional wrapping paper. How do I wrap that? Are there special sources of extra large wrapping paper. This was a nice way to show a couple of techniques for making the wrapping look good. But what about LARGE packages?
