FYI, 7 to 30 is the normal for all ages so the younger you are, the closer to 30 you should be. So yeah, 22 is really normal for you! :)

Got my results today, I'm a 30 year old overweight gamer with poor sleep and diet, hardly any exercise done for past 8 years and mine is 16.5 which is normal range... was expecting it to be lower. lol
