      GDPR is not a law.
      The Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2018 are the law that enshrines European GDPR in the UK.

    Are there any Indigenous security guards in this country anymore? Everyone of them are foreign and struggle to speak in a clear way. They leave their own countries to escape violations and persecution but are quite happy to inflict it on us.

      It's absolutely intentional. Many governments prefer foreigners in police and security roles. A native Brit in the role might be less willing to treat fellow Brits badly and could question orders. They want people without any ethnic or cultural solidarity with the public.

    Amazed at how many people who receive their right to stay and right to work in this country think they know the law and can dictate to those who are not breaking any laws. It's really shocking how many of them go for their SIA Licence, but it is free if you get it through the Job Centre so may be that is why.

      @thefierceurgency ofmartin They will not be arrested. They will not be charged. They will not uphold a complaint about failure to charge or investigate.
      A private prosecution will fail - the CPS will take it over and drop it.
      There is no recourse to corrupt institutions.
      He can sue the private security guards company for assault, battery, trespass to person and property, and unlawful detention. But he is unlikely to find a solicitor who will take it on, so he will have to go through the stress and risk of doing it all himself.
      If this had caused any trauma, he will have to re-live the trauma every time he makes a witness statement or application to court or gets lied to about missing cctv and bwv etc etc etc.
      Police are rapists, and the celebrate the rapists in their ranks by nicknaming them "the rapist".
      They are institutionally corrupt and institutionally racist, according to very expensive lengthy public enquiries by experts (ie not youtube commentards).

      They let these people get away with anything for fear of them waving that magical card. . In Manchester there is an area where they openly sell counterfeit clothing (opposite the prison). Streets and streets of shops full of fake gear. As a gesture the police do the odd raid from time to time. They close the shutters on them and then once the Police leave they open up again.
      Have to admit though, the dearer counterfeits are almost indistinguishable from the real thing.
      You can buy ANYTHING there. You just can't sell there unless are non British.

      @Kens UK Adventures these aren't homes, home have a special protection. if you own retail property and rent it out to a business, and it's open to the public, then yes, you should be able to film it, but these people aren't renting the government, they are our employees directly, there is no "living" going on, and no "middle person renting", we are the direct owners and employers

    I’ve watched this a number of times first point you (pttp) have a right to film by law so who on earth employed these absolute imbeciles is beyond me not only can they speak very little English,they cause alarm and distress (1st security person and I use that word very lightly) and the last set of yobs ) causing a breach of the piece - all except for the lady need reporting to SIA bosses and a whole list of offences here what has this country come too when a member of the public bring openly abused in public 🙏well done pttp

    The SIA really need to stop taking online applications and actually do face to face interviews to establish an aptitude, language and psychological test. At the moment, the person applying doesn't even need to fill out the application.

    Wow - what a fantastic video / audit of London Victoria area. Again, we felt we were there. Sadly the place has lost it's atmosphere from only a few years ago, with most of the character and friendliness lost. PTTP is doing a fantastic job of upholding our rights and he makes us proud.       I did the SIA course 2yrs ago and basically as long as you attended every day and didn't cause any fuss then you passed. I'm not in security btw it was just part of the job I was doing at the time.

      The main reason is Money only minimum wage is offered to the minority of security companies out there doing 12 hour stints just stood about or sat down being bored shitless there's no skills required for most security jobs being literate and being able to speak English reasonable well helps as far as climbing up the ladder promotion wise most you will be able to achieve is supervisor or area supervisor and the work load for this position is piled up dumped on you not to mention your on the motorway traveling to different sites around local or further away to check if the guard is ok that's what they should do if they can be bothered to turn up in my experience they hardly ever turn up most of the security companies employe personal that work in the head office have a higher education a degree of some kind accounts etc so if you are a Lowery guard wanting a head office job forget it if you haven't got higher level education nearly all security companies employe third party security i.e ""Agency security "" to help fill the gaps in the security recruitment because regular contract guards are few and far between these immigrants security Numptys are displaying Zero professionalism to the public minimum training if any one guard didn't even have his SIA badge on his person which is a crime in is self and another guard was ready to use violence on the auditor I wouldn't employe these incompetent morrons to guard a box of paper clips never mind a facking bank
