    As someone who loves to cook and make amazing stuff, my mouth was absolutely watering. That looked so good. If I lived closer, I'd attempt to cook for you and let you cook for me. I'm in SC, though, so it won't happen, but if we were closer, I'd make you the best chicken and gravy you've ever had

    Like brisket, with Tri tip it's all about the crust!! My mom made the best Tri tip, but she had been making em all her life with her mom and dad. I can cook a good one with my chef. Background but no matter what some taste from childhood are extremely hard to replicate

    In the army days- I was stationed in California, several times in-fact. I’d ever heard of Tri-tip before that. But now it is one of my favorite cuts and near impossible to find locally. I have to bribe a couple truckers I work with to bring me back 3-4 roasts every trip to the central coast.

    Clase azul is great. I've never cooked with it, but a mango habanero ribeye with a glass full of it on the side is amazing.

    I bought a tri-tip that looked like wagyu beef because of the marble of fat around edge to edge and I made it count on the grill. It was delicious!

    Loved the dog moan as u took out the thermometer. I actually use real Vermont maple syrup and Knob Creek bourbon mixed on my last flip of my sear I add to finalize the flavor. And also have some mixed with melted goat butter for serving.

    Scallop stuffed Smoked salmon. Brine the salmon overnight in bourbon, dill, brown sugar and lots of salt, butterfly it, stuff it with scallops, shallots, garlic, lemon, black pepper and salt, close it up, reseason the outside with whatever you like (i used dill, lemon zest and plack pepper). Smoke for about 2.5 hours over Alder wood until cooked fully through.
