This used to be possible with Google Hangouts, but Google pulled the plug on Google Hangouts. When Facebook cuts me off, I find myself having to stop all streams in OBS and restarting the stream in the middle of my mix. Is there a way to “reboot” the Facebook feed without interrupting the Twitch feed through restream.io?

Have you found this information out? That was my main question, what happens when you get booted from a platform? Does restream automatically restart your stream, or do you have to turn off all streams and restart? I would think it would work in theory Basically with OBS you could stream to IG via Yellow Duck. And Streamlabs stream to Twitch and Facebook via restream.

Define lag, if you’re talking the time from when you start the service and can hear it on your phone, yes there is a delay, but the actual video performance should not have a lag.
@@ClevelandTerry I'm talking about the lag between what you perform and what the viewer sees on Facebook or CZcams? I've tried Vimeo Livestream broadcasting to Facebook and it seems to have a 10-15 second lag from what is performed and what the view experiences.

You can re-edit the stream key and if you’re using the paid version, it will restart it mid stream.

I have not found a way to do that. You can only bring them in from the phone so I don’t think it will be possible.

On FB from restream just click the name of the person and down arrow and reply to their comment .. works for me

To answer your question, and I’m on paid tier,when I was booted off Facebook after an hour, restream did in fact restart it without my prompting.

In order to multi stream with yellow duck or Mixcloud you need the paid restream tier (custom rtmp) If you are only streaming to IG you only need OBS.

You put yellow duck in the Restream app and Restream in the OBS app.
Will the IG inbound comments populate in the restream chat? Or just your FB, Twitch and CZcams comments work?

I think Restream works like yellow duck...get the key and paste to OBS...
For live-streams, put the CZcams key into restream. Your reatream key never changes so you can start up OBS with your reatream key when you’re ready.

You can send your OBS output vía ndi to a third computer running obs. Then open yellowduck and you are done. Free IG stream. Hope it helps.
