Omgosh I’m watching AGAIN. For the millionth time lol 😂 I’ve watched other videos, but this is the most informative and easy to understand the way you break it down. I am in the biggest love hate w this balm!! One day it looks amazing and the next, under the exact same conditions and same variables, it looks so bad! I keep trying to figure it out bc when it looks good it looks SO good and all day!!

I absolutely love DM contour cream, it’s the closest thing to the TF shade and illuminate I’ve ever found without the illuminate that nobody uses. It’s so wonderful I love it! I’ve been very hesitant to get anything else because I’ve seen so many mixed reviews. Let me know how you end up really liking this. Love you so much my beautiful soul sissy! I’m close to your skin tone and got shade 3 which is ok for now but in summer I would need a darker shade. I’m in 🇬🇧 so I don’t have the C41 brush without having to spend crazy money for custom tax and have many brushes that do a good job with this one 😉💖
Hello my my UK glam sister!!! Where do you live in 🇬🇧??? I love meeting my sisters all over the world! I think shade 3 is definitely the all over perfect shade but they are so flexible 2 worked for me too. Shade 1 was too light but didn’t mind the highlight effect! There’s so many brushes that are like the c41 so you will be fine without it! I haven’t tried it yet because it just came in the mail yesterday when I was finishing editing. I personally loved it most with my make up for ever beauty sponge. It’s going to be so personal for everyone! You will have to keep me posted how it continues to work for you! Is shade 6 a good shade to sculpt if you have a slightly darker skin tone like medium skin tone ? Or should I go darker ?
Hi Njoud! I would probably do 7 instead. 6 on darker medium skin tone could work but it would more of a natural sculpt! 7 would be more warm but it would be more defined! Hope that helps! ❤️😘
It didn’t work as an eyeshadow primer for me. I did put it through a hard test because the heat index here in South Texas was 108. I found that I still needed conventional powder (I didn’t use any, except to set my concealer).

Thank you so much for letting us know because the heat here is still pretty cool so haven't been able to really put this to the test but I did notice I found setting it better as well after wearing a couple more times! I just like my one/size better for setting my concealer. Nothing has surpassed that yet lol! I'm so glad I wasn't the only one that did not have a good experience as an eyeshadow primer! I'm a powder girl unlike many other influencers so I just feel like it's my security blanket I can't leave home without lol! I really appreciate you sharing your experience with it because we all live in different climates and all have different skin types so it helps others decide it this balm is right for them. Hi my sweet love! I personally love as more of a base and then I usually set it with my powders for a more airbrushed look. Or a light layer is great under foundation. I always use a primer no matter what because primers just give you that smooth canvas! Let me know how it goes babe!!! 😘❤️

Hi honey! Yes shade 1 wasn't my fav after editing but never can tell until later lol! I ended up not loving the Wayne Goss personally as it just didn't wear well on my skin throughout the day but I feel like there so different so it's hard to say one is better than the other. Wayne Goss is better for dry skin but this new danessa is amazing for oily skin! I hope that helps. I have dry skin but personally like more powder products in general so this one definitely excites me more! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Hey Kristi. Thank you. Yes, I’m a mom of 3 boys and I’m also a year older than you☺️. Happy Mother’s Day to you as well. I find it so interesting that you love powder foundation, being that you have dry skin🤔. So, I’m guilty of having Wayne’s foundation, his powder and Patrick Starrr’s BBB Balm and haven’t used it yet. I did test Wayne’s foundation (shade 7) on my hand and it matched perfectly. I tried out Patrick’s Cream Balm (Medium 1) at Sephora. I swear I had planned on passing through Sephora tomorrow to pick up his setting powder. I’ve heard nothing but great things. I’m definitely going to start putting my makeup to use asap. I’ve never been able to get myself to use drugstore makeup. I’ve been wearing makeup since I was 18 and started off with MAC. MAC set the bar high👍🥰💕.

I think it's our generation when it comes to powder because I just found it to wear the best on my skin! I don't why because it defeats the whole dry mature skin shouldn't use powder theory! It's funny because every time I wear just powder foundation (either Make Up For ever velvet or One/size) I get the most compliments! It just wears the best. Think my skincare helps keep my skin balanced and normal these days. I'm guilty like you sitting on new products! I say no more than I see and buy lol!!! And OMG MAC is our generation! It was the greatest thing back in our younger days! These little tiktokers would have all been on top of that lol! Will the linseed oil not clog pores? I looked it up and it says it’s flaxseed which is rated highly for being comedogenic
Omg thank you so so much!!! I just looked that up too and you’re absolutely right!!! I should have caught that!!! It’s not as high as coconut oil but it’s right below it at 4!!! That was a great catch and that’s why I love love when you all help me catch those hidden ingredients!!! So frustrating because I wish these companies would stop putting pore clogging ingredients!!!! Hi love!!! Balms can go either way with many so I totally get that!!! There’s so much makeup that comes to market but I do love how this ingredient is so innovative! I think if you like more of a dewy look this is definitely a pass especially if you’re not oily! Balms are hit or miss with me but I just love powders! Can’t wait to try even more of her makeup!!! There’s no rules and our application techniques are forever changing and we apply based off our moods and skin at the time. These days I’m applying less, but my skin has improved since that time. I don’t regret my choices ever and at that time I loved it and it made me feel good inside and that’s what is most important! ❤️ Makeup is art and our faces are our canvas so we can apply however makes us feel beautiful at the time. @@MsMelissa216 I will be updating all of the glamfam in my June Favs x fails video at the beginning of July! I was giving it more time to see my true feelings! I will let you know that I still really like it but for my normal to dry skin it's best on my normal days as upsalite works best when my skin as more natural oils in it. I do feel like if your dry skin you should definitely moisturize first and if your oily it is actually really great for blurring lines and I don't feel like this product settles into fine lines and wrinkles because it sets down like a blurring powder as the day goes on. Hope that helps! ❤
