- Come with us as we explore exciting Steep Point in Shark Bay, which is a 4WDing full day adventure. We had such an epic time and got to meet some legends on our way. We survived the bumpy tracks, dangerous cliffs and experienced some full on blow holes. This video could not be cut any shorter than it is, as there was so much to enjoy along the way. Truly hope we can visit again some time in the future.

It was a fantastic adventure, got back to camp feeling so happy from our experience at Steep Point and one of our main highlights was meeting the fishing legends and getting a lesson on cliff fishing. The blow holes were amazing too with how high up from sea level they were, glad the drone reflected this. Appreciate you stopping by!
Awesome episode Marg, heard of so many of those famous locations not realising they are all close by. Definitely a bucket list item if I was to find myself with a four wheel drive. Balloon fishing a first, they also used kites many centuries ago when off shore wind favored. Johnny Be Good. 🙂
It was such a highlight Johnny Be Good to learn from the legends how to bring in a fish from the cliffs at Steep Point. I think you’d love watching some of the Steep Point fishing CZcamsrs. We had a fantastic time exploring the peninsula and definitely hope to return again some day.
