When u are Shona and you have Ndebele friends, you will find this interview really connecting and exciting. The accent is always the same. But besides, Gidhisa vaiva vanhu vakuru pa mid. Real legend
Can’t we have compilation videos of these guys playing during their prime? . Gidhiza’s skills and assists compilation would be insane. King of megs and defence splitting passes
Watching the video brought tears to my eyes remember this guy in primary brilliant player he was Francis, Tito Paketh together came by our school they marveled at this young guy with so much skill and saw a bright future then and there what we have lacked in our country is football loving people irrespective of location but helping each other grow this world has missed a lot of talent. Broe thanks for the insight maybe people might understand a little of what goes on in our football.
Thanks for letting us understand our football greats. Gidiza has a lovable nature, just as how his football was lovable. Next, I know his schedule may be very hectic, but please find a way to bring Mushina Wemajuzi on the programme. One of the best footballers l personally witnessed donning the national team colours.
Funny guy Gidiza, and well spoken. I enjoyed every minute of the interview. And it helps that Gazza you also know your football - you make a great host for the show. Keep it up.
Greatest ball playing midfielder Zim has produced so far. Would put you in the same bracket with Scholes, Xavi, Iniesta, Pirlo, Mendieta, Deco. Your vision was everything, #15
Loved this episode Zola, great host and a fantastic guest in ‘Gidisa’😂 That being said these former DT players need to sue Graboswki .that’s why you need agents. They even did the same to Peter until he got an agent
Such a funny character Gidisa... like you so much , there is this soccer commentator from Swaziland 🇸🇿 William cool cat Shongwe .. the guy adores you a lot .
HI Alois thank you so much for your great work. ASK Gidiza to give you inumber kaMbazo the guy who nurtured Chicken Inn while it was Bakers Inn. Joel or Dazzy can give you his number too it will be great having such unsung heroes he did a lot for Lobengula we had a lot of players at one time we have more than 6 national team at the same time
Bring Eric Isaam, he needs to explain the 7-0 Dembare defeat to Caps Utd. I'm sure he is the only guy that can explain wat really went wrong that afternoon.
By that time Gidiza was the captain Norman Komani being the play coach alongside the likes of Patson Ndabambi.Sagy Sandaka Blessing Gumiso was there nursing a knee injury, Herbert Dick,James Phiri , Kelvin Dube, young brother to Makwinji young Kurena ,Voster ,Vhusa Nyoni,Mcina and some other guys have forgotten their names. My midfield play was something else.
Alois i think now you can understand why we need people like you for ZIFA management with people that know nothing about football forget and smile any progress.
The Premiership fixture between Amazulu and Motor Action at Sakubva Stadium on the 9-10 August 2004 weekend failed to take place. Motor Action as the host had wanted the match to be played on Sunday 10th August and Amazulu had requested for a reschedule for Saturday 9 August. What made Rosen to take that hardline stance was that in an earlier away fixture to Amazulu:- Amazulu were alleged to have deliberately put on colours that clashed with Motor Action's away colours. The law then, required the away team to change...unfortunately Motor Action had traveled with 1 uniform set to Bulawayo. Eric Rosen further alleged that he tried to talk to Amazulu to change into another strip to accommodate them. Amazulu management is alleged to have flatly refused to do so... Rosen seeing the possibility of a match abandonment had to rush to Highlanders to be given another set. Eric Rosen never forgot that.... kkkkkkk. Amazulu after being docked 3 points for the forfeited Sakubva match thought their woes were over....and they were wrong! All their next away matches against relegation teams were scheduled for Sunday! Amazulu ended up being chucked out of the league for causing disrepute by refusing to play those Sunday matches. The rule then, allowed the home team to pick day for the fixture among Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Constitutionally the home teams were correct...Amazulu had reached a gentleman's agreement in preceding seasons which was verbal. The other relegation threatened teams jumped on the bandwagon for free points! Delma was principled and he said given an option to choose between Sabbath and playing football on Saturday, he would choose Sabbath.
Once went for trials on my own from Marondera to Bulawayo at Amazulu. My first time at Amazulu training ground or club house found juniors training Martin Metso was the coach.Ran asked for permission to train with seniour team Metso agreed he saw a lot of energy in me.Later the seniors came i trained for a couple earned myself a nickname to they called me MaRo unfortunately Mr Felix was about to sign me .Then luck and fortune slipped away.
That AmaZulu was the strongest i still remember it's only team which beat Shabanie (Bvaru Bvaru) at home. When Shabanie was hot.Kkk!!Gidisaaa!! is still my great football till today.
Competed even to the veteran's levels but did not play in the top flight .A lot of natural brilliant talented players out there never made it to bigger scenes. It becomes a pain
Thanks Alois for bringing the greatest, passer of the game of our time.

Can’t we have compilation videos of these guys playing during their prime? . Gidhiza’s skills and assists compilation would be insane. King of megs and defence splitting passes
thats the magic missing from the show
It was an honour to train together with Gidiza in Bulawayo for a season. He was exactly what they said of him. A great passer of the ball.
Such a lovely character! The guy was super talented.

Gidhiza, LEGEND!!
The correct nickname is "Gidisa" ( make them dance ) , not the meaningless " Gidiza" . Just an observation !!!!! A legend indeed.
Ronald Gidisa Sibanda my best midfielder of all time
Alois i think now you can understand why we need people like you for ZIFA management with people that know nothing about football forget and smile any progress.
Good guy this Ronald
I notice Zola did not comment on the Grabowski issue seeing he knew him very well.
Grabowski was practising modern day slavery. That man was corrupt.
The Zimbabwean Mesuit Ozil

At one time you were the only locally based player to don the national team colours in a team entirely formed by foreign based players.
Competed even to the veteran's levels but did not play in the top flight .A lot of natural brilliant talented players out there never made it to bigger scenes. It becomes a pain
