Really sad story indeed, l was at Churchill and left before the great team including Samson came but always went back to watch them. Can l have Samson's contact, would like to get in touch with him
I am a Bosso fan, but I won't forget the day Dembare "kidznet " terrorizing BF.The Marotos, Jenitals, Choruwas, Chazikas, Chandidas ,with James Matola and Norman Togara in defence.Believe you me I puked that afternoon,we lost that match 3-0, James Matola with his diving headers and Dembare fans going Van Dammmme each time Matola made a diving header , my stomach emptied all its contents. But nonetheless I love Zimbo diski.
a sad story, if u read in between lines and knowing african mysticism this boy was both a victim of sorcery, neglect and unprofessionalism in the local game, lacked proper gidance and mentoring as a kid in the game, challenged too many big names from the word go and unknown to him had created so many enemies within and outside
Samson was really gud , I watched him play against Amazulu some years back , & the goal he scored after some exchanges with Andrew Chifamba , personally one of the best goals I had ever seen
What a player he was, I am a Dynamos fan since around the early 90s , i was not aware that this is how one of the best players went through , Choruwa's story is so so painful , I really understand him if he says he is nolonger interested in soccer.😭😭😭😭
You probably dont give a damn but does any of you know a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my login password. I love any tips you can give me.
Samson Choruwa was one of the most promising player.I am disappointed that Dynamos did nothing to help this guy.l was at Glen View High 2.l vividly remember Choruwa nicknamed Sister.Yanga iri reza plus aimhanya lts a sad story.
De Mbare inokuda uchi kicka bhora, uka kuvara zvadhakwa. Francis Madziva, if I am not mistaken, experienced the same! www.google.com/amp/s/www.thestandard.co.zw/2012/09/02/the-forgotten-story-of-francis-madziva/amp/
it's very unfortunate & his story is so touching, but also the childish mind, arrogance and disrespect for elders also contributed to his injury. so sad though
Kubva nhasi uno 26 August 2023, handichasapoti dembare. Ndabva ndatoinyora ne small letters because they are a disgrace. I didnt know kuti vanoita zvakadai, shame.
I didn't watch him play be he was a great talent, with all due respect to the guys at Dynamos coaches at the team but I believe he was not properly coached. This might be due to him having a flair style that's Moses Chunga used to have probably bambo saw a lot of himself in the kid and let a lot of things slide. Listen they way injury happened he had no business keeping the ball too long. CR7 was like that when he started be when he started doing the basics he blew up. Choruwa's downfall was his unique dribbling abilities but they also made him a victim of hash challages.
Alois pane pamasiya this guy once featured in the national team,he came on as a substitute if not mistaken.I remember that bcoz of the way he wore his short it was big for him 😂 But I'm certainly disappointed with the way Dynamos treated him, even though i support the team someone was exploiting these youngsters.
Cosafa against Swaziland ... We lost to Swaziland Grabowski was the coach... Vanhu vakagumbuka kuti sei asina kupinza adam he was the last subtution of zim
Courage wadzingenyama i agree with you he come as substitute and if I'm not mistaken the refree even shake him hands i was very dissappointed with the way how his career endend
As a ndebele i didn't like this boi but what happened to him was very painful and satanic this boi was destroyed by his own people maybe the very sangoma ganged up with dynamos and destroyed this boi
Clubbing is a sign of chronic hypoxia and smoking does not help the condition. Clubbing also is a sign of a slew of lung diseases such as COPD and lung cancer. While quitting smoking does not reverse the damage already done, quitting does slow down the processes already in motion and improves quality of life. I hope bamdiki u catch my drift
I agree na Abraham Nyoni. I also watched some dynamos games those days, I couldn't notice Choruwa doing anything special, to be honest he wasnt as good as many believe. I watched that class play Egypt U20 in the final African youth championship qualifier at Rufaro and they couldn't score or do anything special game 0-0 Egypt qualify. Very over rated. Yet also his injury was actually contributory negligence. Just listen to his story. Thigh injury at Mucheke stadium Ok, Wakes up at Sheratton OK, it is normal that injured players go home after game. Did Dynamos recognise that he was injured yes, thigh injury. That's all they Dynamos needed to know at this point. Next day he should have reported straight at Dynamos for .....scans!!! Instead he didn't but he stayed kudhenhi, then when he thought he was fine, he Choruwa took himself for a run!!?....(contributory proportion). Let me guess what he didn't reveal, he taped up the thigh in order to numb the pain? But whatever he did he let himself train the whole training!!!! If there is no evidence that dynamos force him to train in this session then (contributory proportion). I m guessing he numbed his thigh with some taping, this would explain how he got through the soccer training....yet by the time they had to do the warm down now the thigh would be so numb from restriction of blood circulation, Who tied the leg? Now when you run with a numb thigh you have to worry for the knee tissues. He said he did warm down, went to turn, then he fell backwards and cried out. Typical rapture of ACL anterior cruciate ligament. Contributory negligence because he did not turn up for medical attention for thigh injury at Dynamos but instead wanted to move on quickly and plunged himself into more football training at Dynamos with out getting medical treatment for thigh injury. You find that the method he Choruwa used to treat himself to ignore the thigh injury caused the ACL rupture. Prognosis of his initial injury is 6 to 8 weeks to regain full fitness. Prognosis of ACL is 12 months with reconstruction needed. It's not a question of did Dynamos do anything, but rather it is question of didn't Choruwa act. Yes he did, what were Choruwa's actions (contributory acts) Didn't they exist, yes they existed. To summarise, Dynamos if anything are guilty of substandard operations as a football department, which is to say they perhaps at that time resemble a semi-professional football organisation. Everything takes effort for achieve an effortless objective for professional football clubs like say Sundowns if I want to remain in Southern African football circles. I mean everything it is a mess so one couldn't be sure that they wouldn't have treated thigh injury if Choruwa had thigh injury recovery as his main objective the moment he found out he had sustained the injury (Sheraton bed). Yet we are sure of Choruwa's actions (at least the ones which surprised Bunjira such as he ran at a non Dynamos facility, he trained at Dynamos for Amazulu game. Couple that with some things he didnt reveal which he may have done (can only be revealed by him when under oath(if he respects oaths))....Mr Samson Choruwa in the learned world we would say it is high time you faced the truth that causation of the most serious of these two injuries is on your own forehead. Yet what we can say about Dynamos is that they are just an unprofessional football club, always have been. Yet I will say your story is still a sad one.
you sound like a Dynamos brand ambassador, Choruwa was still a teenager and in school and Dynamos are entirely to blame. Its unfortunate you seem to be sanitizing the unprofessionalism and lack of care by Dynamos, they literally abandoned and destroyed this young man. Dynamos has a track record of neglecting players and former Dembare players will attest to that. Ask Mucherahowa,Beefy,Rinemhota to name just a few.
I am really saddened by what Samson said. I am disappointed by some people who have quickly jumped to judge him based on what ever little information they know about him rather than listen to his football story. I wonder if Diego Maradona had shared his cocaine stories and football he will have received uncompassionate and unsympathetic comments from zim football lovers. This is sad for zim football and no surprise any child born abroad would not feel like playing back home for the clubs and country. The attitude of some soccer fans is appalling to say the least.
This is heartbreaking. Samson Choruwa was destined for greatness. Was meant to be our next Peter Ndlovu
Really sad story indeed, l was at Churchill and left before the great team including Samson came but always went back to watch them. Can l have Samson's contact, would like to get in touch with him

I watched it on tv...i hated that dynamos team
I then celebrated when they met ama grizzler awe Amazulu oMkandawire, the boys broke their legs.

My heart bleeds for this guy..i was fortunate to see him in action back then...this guy was talented, he could manipulate the ball.
Its sad indeed great player who lacked proper support. I think he can still.play a role as a coach. I wish Choruwa can take Coaching course.
Samson was really gud , I watched him play against Amazulu some years back , & the goal he scored after some exchanges with Andrew Chifamba , personally one of the best goals I had ever seen
This was an exciting interview ..... Choruwa is hillarious

I can see a disorganized man in Choruwa.Vanity killed his career. His type of football was not all that good as many people might want to believe
Kuzvida kablaz aka lol. He was good but nothing special. Believed his own hype. Dynamos did him wrong though.

To be realistic that young man was brilliant he just lacked guidance and mentorship
