We don't ask questions, we believe and follow everything coming from the government, where is the government going to get money to do all these projects? These are the reason why some of these projects get stalled because the government doesn't have the funds to finish the projects ongoing. We should find a creative way to source funds to do a project that has a commercial value and can pay for itself. Central Government can't do everything.
The Takoradi new market circle project should have replaced the interchange.

The land situation is still tricky in Ghana tho. After purchasing through the right channels and registration, fencing is usually suggested so as not to deal with encroachment

In yr previous vedio regarding the building projects that has not been completed why can't the local use the land to plant food until the socal government wants the land back to do something else or in the case of the abandoned schools why not transfrom that into living accommodation for those who cannot afford to buy land ???
