Glorified slum just like East Legon it takes more than a big house to make a "sought after" neighbourhood.

Tseaddo is also evolving into a glorified slum - it lacks greenery and shaped by bad roads. Cantonments, Ridge and Airport residential area are the only classiest hoods in Accra

The buildings behind those security walls look desirable. However, there is work to do on the street beautification front. The open gutters.....and where are the sidewalks?

If land is an issue, why they wasting it by building 4 or 5 bedrooms family homes?
Tall, beautiful rise residential condos should be recommended in the area for efficient use of land.

This area is where I stayed for a months there’s no pavements and there’s massive open gutters full of garbage, Ghana people just focus on fancy builds but don’t care about public road infrastructure
