    Jack, I use to make Cornish hens fast in the oven years ago. Think I just season and put on rack in oven with foil. I don’t have much energy being on 8 liters of oxygen but would like to make some.

      Brett, Back in the day Cornish hens were on every menu! I love them stuffed with a wild rice bread stuffing. Only problem it take a couple to fill me up! I use to love them split, marinated and charcoal grilled! Sorry to hear about your health issues and need for oxygen! Blessings to you, Jack

      @@chaplinsrestaurant Is it a #7 blade? what brand. I use cold steel camping knives super sharp and low cost. Made the Marinara was awesome never used thyme and tarogan also used wbite wine and mushrooms. Awesome your my go to mentor

      @@chaplinsrestaurant Ya I sent them an email and asked them and that was a special gift just for their customers like you...But they encouraged me to try there regular olive oil which I will.I ordered that Orsini sausage too by the way,man that stuff is the best!!Merry Christmas my man!!
