Hi MP, Sorry to hear about your battle with PTSD. I had a great neighbor who I had long discussions and a deep friendship with that fought in the Korean War.He wasn't diagnosed with it for many years and had to battle his demons alone. I was going through my own serious life's struggles and I think we gave each other comfort, I needed it badly. I never imagined that my videos could bring comfort to someone but I've been blessed by it. Blessings to You and be good to yourself. Keep In Touch, Jack
Not sure how I ended up watching your videos yesterday, but I ended up binge watching, with a quick break to the kitchen for dinner. A good cooking channel should inspire people to get in the kitchen to start cooking, and I can say it worked for me!
Aprapos of nothing ..... I LOVE GARLIC. I’m convinced there is chocholate , coffee ( dark roast ) and garlic in heaven. The late , grate - great Chef Anthony Bourdain said : “......IF you’re too lazy to peel garlic , you dont deserve it ! “ Once , emphasis on the singular , I bought a jar of that garlic. I only used a Third of it before tossing it in the bin. Chef Jack , I Love you man , you have taught me so much , Not just cooking , but Every Time I see you using non - fresh garlic , a part of me dies Peace, Mike
Wow, thank you Master, Good luck in your career, I'm honored that you are using my videos. Work with the best chefs you can find, when you've learned all you can move on to the next. Never be a slacker, if you see something wrong fix it, always give 100% and do the right thing when no one is watching! Keep In Touch, Jack
