I’m amazed the Hilton hotel group are not jumping up and down screaming their business is being ruined. I seen the very same thing happen in San Francisco. The homeless camped outside hotels . Using the paths as toilets. People stopped using the hotel and it closed. Whole streets ended up derelict , take over by the homeless. My sympathies are with the home owners having these guys loitering outside their house 24/7. So much for Simon Harris saying third world tent cities would not be allowed in Dublin.
