Yeah, I feel that that bit reflects the other side of Valka, not the 'crazy vigilante dragon lady', but the softer side, the more loving and motherly side. (Sadly, most wattpad authors leave that part of her out.)
It's a fairly good composition but as someone who's played the original clarinet part and who has played clarinet for 7 years I would make certain parts be played at proper tempo and have more dynamic contrast because the clarinet is so over powering same with the flute at times but overall nice work
I love the arrangement but I wish the there were better harmony choices than just being in unison. Timbre isn’t enough to bring out the diverse sound that this soundtrack has
I think it would make this medley more interesting, if there would be some variation on some parts in the rythm. For example at the Test Drive, there could be the rythm of the percussion from the original in the clarinet on the same tone. I think that would bring out more the character of this part.

I feel like there are times when the clarinet should be under the flutist in some parts in loudness
Yeah I agree it sounds like the clarinet is always at a F when at times it should be at a Mp or Mf

This arrangement is beautiful. The melody handoffs between phrases is smooth and sounds great. The only problem I have would be the mixing.
