I just picked up the horn and I have been playing Tuba for awhile and I play Tuba for symphonic winds and I play for Symphonic band as horn and I am not aloud to be in 2 bands so my band teacher just gave me a big folder of songs that I have to play in 6 weeks for a concert and they don’t have a horn player in the band right now so all the pressure is gonna be on me if I mess up because the band is smaller so if I mess up everyone will know and I just picked it up like 1 month ago so the pressure is on me hard.

Also amount of kids that go to our school. If we didnt have 7th and 8th grade in our Marching band we would have literally 30 Marching Highschool kids and 7 or 8 Flagline/Daneline. Because of our school district size they say they keep the Middle School and the High school apart really well. They dont. This Marching Band season we had 4 Middle School Flutes and 2 High School Flutes. But Next year we will get more Newbz. For Us Trumpets is the largest with I dont know how many like 8 to 10. But Flutes come after that.
