Ethiopia and Korea naturally have a good relationship after the Korean War. The Kagnew Battilion fought with south korea in over 235 battles and won all of them. my grandfather was a soldier in the korean war , but unfortunately passed. we appreciate you guys, and want to thank you too for helping us financially in ways. we are blood brothers and nothing can change that. (love from ethiopia)
Thanks for listening to my little history class.
My grandpa was in the war too, ayeeerr
@@itzyeboi_ahmed5657 :)
thank you so much brother I am virtually ethiopia sooo
Thanks for the lecture😄
This is about trying your food not hearing about war
Yes, coffee is originated in Ethiopia, and we mostly drink coffee after meal
🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹
Speak for yourself pls not everyone drinks coffee in Ethiopia
@@jesusisgod4638 lol y u so angry

@@jesusisgod4638 really? I understand you dear. But I heard the smell of coffee is what wakes people up in the morning in ur country. I love coffee though but not those strong ones like u guys have it. I love mine with milk
@@mesolehelen6088 yeah most Ethiopian love strong coffee My grandfather had a big coffee beans tree back home but I never liked coffee lol ppl offer me a coffee at work wherever I go I tell them I don’t like coffee and they’re like “aren’t you Ethiopian how come you dislike coffee” lol I only drink milk and juice and my friends think I’m a boring person
Thanks for trying our food 🥘 Love all the way from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 🇪🇹🇪🇹

Thank you for loving we love you all
ahhhh ilyyy☹️💞
Thanks for loving it from all way to Ethiopia
That's the backbone of Ethiopia
@Kidu Bg Thank you for coming one day Ethiopia
Injera is made from a grain called teff which grows only in Ethiopia and Eritrea. It is super healthy food gluten free and full of protein , minerals and vitamins. After learning its healthy benefits, I learned thatsome European countries are trying to grow the grain now. Great video anyway ❤️
I hear that some Ethiopians happily eat Injera everyday. I really want to try it.
@@swiftlydoesit8480 side effects of eating injera is occasionally getting static electrocution from touching metal objects and oddly healthy, shiny nails.
I don't think there's any protein in injera only enzymes and s*** BTW said that because I live there
@@lollily4008 It is actually very high in protein, it is grains after all. It has been estimated that Ethiopians/Eritreans get 2/3 of their dietary protein from Teff.
You forgot somalia, the Land of Punt.
I am so glad and happy you guys are trying Ethiopian food. Its very normal to have coffee. Try traditional coffee next time. የሀገሪ ልጆች በያላችሁበት መልካም መልካሙን ያጋጥማችሁ።

You make me hungry already. Thanks for sharing.
Normally like 2 hours after the meal they’ll have some bread called “hambasha” with coffee “buna” but the coffee is so strong and u have them in tiny cups
Our one tiny cup of coffee strength is equivalent to an espresso shot.
What so Ethiopians call coffee BUN same as Somalis ?? no way
@@Bountylicious it’s more commonly called buna but it is called bun in places like Tigray and Amhara etc.
Tried the coffee. It was mild.
It's called ambasha
Thank you for trying our food, much love all the way from Ethiopian 🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹
I love how well you pronounced the ethnic names at the start, refreshing lol
Love from a Ethiopian person! glad you tried it :)

This made my heart so happy 🥰
I'm loving these girls 😂❤. I'm Ethiopian teen from South Africa and yall got me laughing. Made my day . The food is nice but watch out for gaining fat 😮 injera is no.1 for making you very full 😅 great video btw
Wow it amazes me how you guys youtube pages is growing so fast!!!!! ❤
Thx for noticing 🥺🥰
I just discovered them yesterday on the Somali mukbang...they're so sweet I love them
It warmed my heart seeing you two enjoy the Ethiopian food. You have prompted me to cook some of the dishes you've eaten. I haven't cooked Injera and the different wats since last year!! Cooking Ethiopian food is very labor intensive, especially if you're starting from scratch, and that involves making the clarified butter and injera. It's all worth it in the end. 😊😋
You had asked about coffee -- You can have a coffee ceremony after the meal if you choose, but not during the meal if you're following Ethiopian tradition. Honestly, do what ever you want, though. I loved that you actually drank Ambo water. I haven't had it for a long time, and I'd have to drive to Chicago to get some.
BTW, the injera dish you separated from the rest of the food is actually called Firfir. It's an actual dish with injera shredded up and soaked in a stew or sautéed with other ingredients. You do eat it with plain injera.
Good luck to you both! Enjoy food!
Wow, I'm Ethiopian and I really appreciate people appreciating my cultural food.❤❤❤ one thing I recommend is that you guys should try DORO WAT, it is kind of spicy soup that you eat with injera, made with chicken and a lot of other good stuff in it like (boiled egg😋!). I love you guys 💖💖💖💖
Thank you for trying our food. Komwasimida ❤️🇪🇹
The injera that was soaked up is called “fit fit” u just eat it on its own because it’s injera and sauces mixed up
Yh
I eat it with extra injera and also pasta with injera cuz I’m different

U two are too cute! Thank you is in order from an Ethiopian. Coffee (black and thick) is definitely a NORM after the big meal and the cups roll in three rounds. And you head will spin...lol. The doro wot (chicken stew) is the most prised dish. And i love Gimchi from Korean.
the injera you threw out was a dish. its called firfer. its when u mix the injera with tomato sauce. its very delicious
You guys are perfect. Really I loved your enthusiasm. If have to eat, eat just like you guys.
