Whenever other teams fans or pundits blame Erling Haaland, many Man City fans jump on the bandwagon. Have we forgot so easily the goals he scored which allowed us comeback in several PL matches? When the team is doing fine against other big rivals why do we want Haaland to do a 9.5/10 performance?
The team is playing at a good level. Which is why top teams park the bus against us. I agree Haaland's open play is not that good. But the others aren't doing him any help either. Our team should improve as a whole in that aspect.
Well said buddy ❤ nobody ever tried to analyse that aspect of it. And people just start taking our player's case if he isn't performing. He was very unpredictable last season, but this season every team has him read with all his moves, so yess it's difficult for a striker to score in such a position.

The English FA bears responsibility for the performance shown by the English teams. City and Arsenal drew, and Liverpool and West Ham lost. This is shameful. The press must speak up and hold the FA accountable. Why did they schedule all this match? It could have been delayed a little.

Atalanta man marked Liverpool and forced their goalie to hit it long a lot, however, not many teams do that against City, so why is that? The answer is Haaland, coupled with Edderson's accurate long balls. Erling Haaland loves a long ball, especially over the top but his lay offs from long balls are very dangerous. City also play it out well and players like Grealish and Bernardo Silva maintain possession really well. If Kevin DeBruyne is back then City are really strong.

Halaand can't even control his first ball and always falls down even on soft tackles. Can't create DIY goals. And currently scoring blank. can't even score when one on one with the goalie. So, what's the importance of him now...pretty much wasted
To occupy defenders attention so the team has choices and ability to take shots or feed him the ball.

Who said haland played bad game? Did you watch the game? He literally pulled out of the game 2 defenders and sometimes even 3. Whole reason why gvardiol and foden wasnt blocked when they scored is because defenders decided to stay on haaland to prevent balls to him in behind.
