This is actually a great alternative to keeping headphones or earbuds on for hours at a time while working/on calls etc.... SONY makes fantastic audio products. I use their M4 headphones and M4 earbuds.
@@mikekorean5687 No issues at all since I bought it. Additionally, I got my mom one for Christmas for audiobooks and she says it's great (she watches TV way too loud so I worried about the volume being enough for her). Maybe yours is broken?
It only multipoint with one being a phone and one music. Can't have phone on more than one. Have to disconnect BT from one to use the other. For example, phone on PC like on Teams call or cell phone. Only if one is phone and other music is when you don't have to disconnect and reconnect.
How good would you say the mic’s are at only picking up your voice? I work from home with my partner in the same room and if we’re both on a call it’s a nightmare having to keep muting/unmuting.
Since it is just me in my office that is hard to say, but I will say that I have had noise happening in the room (like a Roomba vac running) and no one hears it. It is made to help cancel background noise. They were made for people working at home. I love them, no more painful headphones, or ear buds. Plus, if I am just listening to a call and not talking, I can lay them on the desk and still hear everything. I would try them. You can always return them.
i love what sony is doing, and the connectivity is great- phone calls are ace. but playing music is so light and low and i can't get it to actually play as loud as it should (for me to even hear lol) wtf what setting is messed up? please help
Might have an issue. Seems to shut off after a period of no sound, even though I am on conference calls listening. I have the Auto Shutoff feature turned OFF too, but seems to have 2 auto shutoff criteria. We will see, but for work this could be an issue. I have a message into Sony.
@@hnmkw3377 Sony had me do a reset (standard practice), and I tried it again through the day but it still make a screech through the speakers and disconnected during a call twice. I am in the process of exchanging it. If it happens on next one then it is a no go for these speakers. They did say the auto off function only happens after 15 min AFTER your Bluetooth connection disconnects. So since I was on a call obviously it is connected and the Auto Shutoff feature does not come into play.
So is everyone going to hear my music or is it really not too noticable? I use the Bose Frames and i work I'm a lube shop where it's not too quiet but we do have moments when we're slow. The frames are perfect even on top of my head but they do sometimes get on the way
I know it takes a lot of work to put together review videos... But, shorter intro and lavaliere mic in the beginning please. Rest of the audio seemed to be fine. I'll continue watching. 👍
Hi Bro thank you for the review. One thing still remains unanswered, when on a call, does your background noise get picked up by the microphone and does your person on the other side of the line hear the background noises? Or does the "Precise Voice Pickup Technology" and the "high-quality beam-forming array using two microphones, combined with advanced audio signal processing" filter away your background noises and just only sends your voice? This is real golden test that nobody has done for the NB10 speakers. I have viewed every single review and web article, nobody has tested zoom call and normal call with background noises and test to see if the person on the other line hears the noise or not. Basically no one has tested the advertised feature of "Be heard, even when home is noisy" tag line they put on their product page. Would you care to help us fill in this lack? Thank you.
@@seanstraindepot but did you intentionally do a stress test? Like purposely create persistent background noise and have a conference zoom call. Or purposely be in a noisy busy environment and try a zoom call to test the unit’s background noise filtering capabilities.

@@seanstraindepot there is a mute button on the device. When on a call, if you turn the mute on, it'll keep beeping every 7 seconds during the call indicating it is muted, which is really annoying since it interrupts the call constantly. I was wondering if there's a way I can turn off the beep?
