  • Playstation and Sucker Punch finally released a video detailing the gameplay of Ghost of Tsushima. I noticed, however, some people complaining about a downgrade. Whilst I did not see any structures as complex as seen in the original trailer (which may still be in the game) I believe that what people perceive as a downgrade is actually a change in color grading.
I did my best to recreate the colors, mostly by bumping up the contrast and highlights and toning down the saturation.
    What do you guys think?

I think you are correct, but I also think different areas will have different moods like the developer said. That e3 forest was supposed to evoke darker emotions vs the area we saw at state of play. Wish people would calm down about the downgrade. I don’t see it at all. Just brighter colors. I actually prefer the more vibrant look to the dull e3 colors...ppl who say this is a downgrade don’t understand how graphics work.

Do a side by side with your edit version next to the original preview (not the E3 footage but the recent footage)
