Like with TV, most of the stuff on youtube is not worth watching. You just feel bad afterwards because you know you have wasted your time.

I don't understand the titles they put for these videos! There's nothing in there that actually tells you what you need to do to stop wasting time.
He just tells you how much better of a person you would be if you were your true self. Or if you would listen to your conscience everytime, what a better life and family you would have.
But what if you don't hear a voice in your head? Because I didn't always hear my conscious before I did something that I later regretted. I wish I did!
I like the guy and what he has to say. But these titles need to be changed. Definitely needs an accurate description.
Bro, I love your videos. I think the reason I haven’t subscribed is because I can’t get behind the cringy sigma/alpha connotation in the name of the channel. “The strong life” would be an example of a better channel name imo. Much love.
