why taniah CM CHOW? he does NOTHING! FERRY OWNED by private entity. PENANG PORT OF MMC GROUP. money purchase came from Tengku Zafrul (MOF). even that Penang port upgrading work + everything is done by private company. wrong credit! Penang gov. does nothing in this.
Ferry new but much smaller than old orange double decker ferry.... Miss those days.. Thanks for sharing... Hope can use this ferry from ets... Subscribed 😂
These new ferry services are buying time only. An MRT services (undersea tunnel) is the permanent solution to public transport between Penang Island and mainland. Just refer Hong Kong !!

舊碼頭倒塌前檳城一共有13艘渡輪提供服務,7艘載車兼載客,摩托車渡輪和6艘雙層載車渡輪例常川行檳威海峽的渡輪共有11艘，假日12艘，6艘載車兼載客，摩托車，另5艘則為雙層載車渡輪,假日則行走6艘雙層載車渡輪。
當年雙層載車渡輪沒有運載摩托車，而是由運載乘客與車輛的渡輪負責運載。
