I had checked just now.
Online ticket launched, and Only Butterworth to Penang got fee.
For adult is RM1.20.
Children/OKU can only buy ticket at counter. Vehicle motor is RM2.

Meaning when you come ferry Butterworth to Penang on 4th sept. is still free.
And ferry Penang to Butterworth is no fees yet after 6 September.
Only Butterworth to Penang got ferry fees.

no available at KTM Butterworth. Only KL sentral have Ruby lounge.
the car queueing space should be converted to parking and drop off and bus stops or taxi stands ... less walking and better safety for children, backpackers and so on and so forth
for now at Butterworth terminal is car park at Penang sentral.At Penang, For Penang Terminal can park at colour port, lebuh china, or private car park per day rm5-6.
Car park nearby Penang Terminal may not enough especially in weekends, is better use grab to get to Penang Terminal to take the ferry by walking distance.
@@JonInsta360 my point is the 'getting out' distance, car park should be thrown out from any planning altogether, and convert the space into beautiful parks, but still need the drop off for Grabs, Taxis, and nearer bus stands ... same goes on the Butterworth side ... and perhaps the next batch of ferries would be two decks, one for passengers and another one for less than 3 wheeled vehicles ... thus we can let go the air conditioning altogether ...
Hi all, 7 September start ferry payment. Child RM1, Adult is RM2, bicycle RM2 and motorcycle is RM2.50

Hi. Dekat saja. Parking Di Penang sentral atau terus masuk Penang sentral main entrance di floor 3, ambil escalator turun satu tingkat, sampai floor 2 ikut signboard Ada linkway to ferry, ambil masa lebih kurang 3-5 minit sampai ke jetty.

Bad ideas the new ferry looks not very pratical at all..especially pasengers seat why not divided in two type of ferry 1@for passengers 2@speacial for motorist and others vechiles..more safety and i didn't see any safety jacket provided in this new ferry services..

Very crammed
Not wise to have open windows for new ferries. Not safe for children. Maybe window grills are acceptable to enjoy natural air.
