How do you get the magnet to stay stuck on the quest 3 plastic? My magnet mounting points keep falling off, which is an issue i've only had with the quest

i'm very sensitive to siblants i;m using oneodio pro 10 i used moondrop chu 2 i loved the sound but for both of these my ears damaged i think the reason is siblants so help me bro
