TOTK How to get Rockets BEFORE diving to the Surface

Summary
- Take a Wing west from the In-Isa shrine
- Land on a Fairy island in the South Hyrule Sky Archipelago
- Take the Wing and Fan that are there to the Rocket Island
- Island has Zonai Device Dispenser (gacha) with rockets + time bombs
- island also has Jinodok Shrine to activate Warp point (Blessing shrine with a diamond in it)
