Since you’re doing pacific standard, if you haven’t finished yet (4 days later) Here are some tips
Convoy: don’t use explosives because it will destroy the truck you need. It’s best to use an armoured car like the Kuruma or insurgent
The helicopters have explosives so it’s best to use snipers on them and don’t go in vehicles when they come around. One of the enemies in the convoy have a turret truck which I recommend using when delivering it after killing everyone.
Bikes: use kuruma or insurgent again, or go in guns blazing but go through cover a lot. And don’t crash.
Actual heist:
Crowd control: Just shoot in air but don’t shoot hostages.
Demolitions do what game tells you. (Blow the doors
Hacker: just do what the game tells you as I’ve never got hacker
After you’re done doing all that you’ve got a good 1.25 million dollars. You should stay in the building and use cover to kill a few enemies before escaping. If you want the most cash then you should have the crowd controllers do the fighting and be in front. Up n atomizer is good for the cops behind cars and explosives too. The escape bikes are fast but the safest option is to use a 4 seater car while on the way. You have to parachute but you can also just go around the cliff and into the dinghy or just parachute for the cinematic shot. If you do criminal mastermind I’m sure you get 10 million dollars each.

Just a quick tip: Intstead of respawning the Deluxo, you can spawn in the M.O.C and enter it with the Deluxo. When you get back out the missiles will be refilled.

A useful tip for playing gta online is that every thursday they put something on extra money and other things on discount. You can see them on reddit or rockstars page. Just trying to make sure you have enough money to stay hydrated and be a pimp.
