- I took ZERO damage while completing ALL of Grand Theft Auto 5 using a new revolutionary route! I even do the hardest heists, has to be seen to be believed. It took me well over a year to get to this point and I am very happy it is finally over.

Oh man been watching this playlist over the last few weeks, I couldn’t imagine how it actually felt been robbed so many times and been stuck on one death for so long. I've loved coming along on this journey watching how all the strats formulated into the ending (even tho most of them change). I’ve screamed, cheered, been woken up so many times and I know I’m a bit late to the party but congratulations on completing this, I loved every minute of it ❤

Not sure how I managed to miss a successful run for so long but I am glad I noticed it. That helicopter explosion near the end was insane. Even the tail exploded towards you, the game just really didn't want you to succeed there but you did so anyways. Great job, amazing run it was a blast to watch from start to finish.

@overjoyedbrass Nope. It was all skill and a bit of luck on his part. This game literally has an "F.U." mechanic coded into NPC drivers to swerve into you. It does not want you to win

@@Cily_y No, there were many people who created a strats or run it at the time and he contribute them in separet video and througout streams if i remember correctly. But what he means by this comment is now to his and my knowladge there are no communities around it, maybe there are a few but I did not check it.
Ironically, "alternate heists" would have made the Expanded and Enhanced trailer 1,000x more exciting.
Granted actual improvements and it not just being top spec of a good spec PC would have made it more exciting

As someone who was not thrilled with how you reacted to Unnamed's first run, the ending of this really made it for me. I'm glad you got there in the end, and seeing how much easier collaboration made your life in this godforsaken category was lovely. It's much nicer to phone a friend than bang your head against a wall nonstop. Speedrunning is about community, and while you didn't get there first you defined this category.

Finally after saying "Hello and welcome to my Ohko series , as the title says I have a maximum health of hp so any damage from any source would immediately kill me, During this run, Trevor's special ability is unable to be used. While it doesn't protect you from getting hit, it prevents you from taking damage. Hopefully this is the run where I finally succeed. The makers of the mod make new strategies to prevent taking damage for every mission besides ending c because it would be impossible to not get since there are so many enemies, only ending A where you kill Trevor is only to be picked because during ending b to kill Michael, you take a bullet shot.

Rockstars Games are at their best when they give ya more so a sandbox of things or strategies to complete a mission it’s kinda why matto complains bout red dead 2 as if ya wanted to be smart & dare move 6 meters away from the path it mission fail ya

You feel bound by the story and can't do much else. Even mods are still in primitive stages for a game thats nearly 3 years old.
It's still an amazing game but it's definitely restrictive.
Its more like, Rockstar really want to script everything but they kinda suck in that. So everything is annoyingly scripted but also very poorly

The end almost made me cry, a year of watching him try and fail to the most annoying things all led up to him finally doing it after hundreds of attempts and hours of practice. Congrats matto, you deserved it. ♡

37:24 Game Dev here, its all up to the devs, some games just use hitscan, some just use projectile. in some cases its both.
Normally what you'll find is all player shootings is hitscan (Raycast in dev terms) unless its clearly a projectile like rockets. NPC's will tend to ALWAYS use Projectiles as this tends to make the game easier for the player due to allowing inaccuracy, NPC's don't have the same rules as players.
In the case of both, this can be seen in most sniper rifles, players will get hitscan up to a point and from there it will be a projectile, this is noticeable in games when you find the sniper rifle is the only weapon with bullet drop.

@@Not_Aran8276 hitscan is basically whether your cursor (crosshair) is actually on the target or not. and projectiles are actual objects that are susceptible to physics and may or may not reach the target, even if the crosshair was set perfectly
upd: obviously even when hitscan is used, there are other factors like recoil, obstacles in the way, etc. which can determine that the shot has missed, even if it was on target (or vice versa)
