We are TheFALLCoFamily, a HOMESCHOOLING FAMILY OF FIVE loving, living & learning together where HOMESCHOOL IS LIFE! A few years ago we (Syreena & B) decided to trade in the “traditional” life for a life of FAITH & LOVE and took the risk to homeschool our children (Cameron, 9, Kendall, 7 & Savannah, 5) in hopes of fulfilling our purpose together as a family. This is our channel where we document our adventures in homeschool, business, vision & life, because we believe in the JOY is in the JOURNEY!!
We started a couple of businesses, one storytelling & memory keeping through photography & film-making at www.syreenabcreative.com , the other making “things for the JOURNEY” at www.thefallco.com and then our vision grew and we added our kid business at TheFALLCoKids to build a community of creative kids discovering their gifts and exploring the world where we “LIVE WHAT WE BELIEVE”.

We like IXL too. We also are using Khan Academy more this year as well. Just as another resource. Each child have an account and I get a progress report weekly. The sight also offer coding and programming videos for kids.

Oh yes I've been doing reinforcement activities with my twins. Twins really enjoy the fun activities❤
we do math the same exact way, i found that using multiple ways is the best way I like to teach...at least for now while they are young. 😀

Hey, I love your approach to teaching your kids. I am a mom of seven and homeschool 5 of them. I am looking into switching to the Good and Beautiful. However, I noticed that they only have math for grade K. I was wondering what you use for the older kids for math.
Does each child do independent reading? Pick out a book at the library on their own.

both! when the kids use them they just read them... Ive found that it helps them become familiar with vocabulary and concepts before we actually cover them 😉
